Your agent Sherri Mack set me up with a policy almost 2 years ago. We did it over the phone and I was extremely nervous about it because I could not navigate medicare. It was to confusing for me. I have realized over the past year that she took very good care of me and I am so relieved and thankful for her time and help. She's a gem!! She helped me again today and I was happy she was still there.

Robert Taylor is the best I’ve ever worked with
Robert Taylor is one of the best insurance agents I’ve ever worked with. I sold Health/Life insurance in 2009-2010 so I know how difficult it can be for customers to understand all the complexities of these products. Medicare Supplements vs Advantage plans are particularly hard. Robert went through every variation with me, gave me some days to do my own research and think about my situation then called back and walked me through the Supplement application process.I’ve also had difficulty getting information on Part D plans without being told I had to sign up with the agent on the phone for a Part B supplement first. Robert gave me the right number to call at Medicare.If I could I would tell his boss he deserves a raise.

My phone calls answered very quickly by David Volkert. He is very knowledgeable with his job and helped me immensely. To get back into a Medicare supplement insurance policy from Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. He got everything through very fast before the deadline. It's always nice to find someone that is that excellent on their job.

I'm retiring 12/31/25
I'm 70 and am retiring at the end of 2025. I have Medicare A & B and BCBS from my company. I'll be off my company BCBS as of 12/31. I was looking for a Gap plan to pay the 20% Medicare does not cover. I was connected to Stacy McIntosh who spent all the time we needed to address my questions and concerns. When we finished, I signed up for Aetna Plan G for $212/month. I thought Stacy did a superior job, walking me through various plans and explaining the differences. I am completely satisfied with my experience. This company is the real deal. Give them a try.
