My husband and I have dealt with Troy for quite a number of years long distance - We are in Pennsylvania and Troy is in Florida . It all started by a random phone call that Troy had made to us . We have found that he truly is a man of his word ... He knows his "stuff" ...He has gotten back to us in a timely manner... We actually considered using someone more local to us but did not get the the service or attention elsewhere. We will stick with Troy .

I was neglectful in responding to Troy's emails. I hate dealing with insurance issues. He continued pursuing me until I answered his phone call. I had forgotten how easy he is to work with and how well he knows his stuff. I didn't have to worry about not understanding, because he explains everything perfectly. Because he was relentless in his efforts to connect with me and finally did...he just managed to save my husband and I almost $3,000.00 per year. I won't hesitate to respond to his future emails. Troy was exceptionally thorough and helpful in helping my wife and I navigate the process of selecting a Medicare plan when I retired in February 2023.
