I would not even give them one star
I would not even give them one star. I deposited 30 dollars it was over a 3000 dollar play through and then they took my money said I never deposited. So no they're scam artists plain and simple

How trust worthy is trust pilot?
I think trust pilot is getting paid off by these fraudulent casinos . In litterally.less than an hr with bonuses and deposits. Approx 300 bux .. INHALED WITH A WIN NO MORE THAN $ 3.78. AT MOST AND VERY FEW OF. YET TRUST.PILOT GIVES THIS CASINO 4 STAR RATING .. PLEASE EXPLAIN TRUST PILOT !! ? YOUR REASONS FOR SUCH HIGH RATING. GIVEN THE MAJORITY OF REVIEWS ARE COMPLAINTS .. quite serious ones at that . With such a long list of major complaints screaming out "Hey im a dodgy casino " why has it not been shut down , investigated or what ever its is you guys do. Why leave them on here as one of the top casinos .. ?

Very dodgy ,never seem to want to payout and payouts always take forever ,im still waiting for my last withdrawel which was over 15 days ago very dissapointed as they have no problems taking your money ever jusy always an issue with the payout dont reccommend to anyone unlesd ypu want to get ripped your money

Got scammed…
I won a bit of money on mega Medusa and played it till I reached the playthrough amount then I tried to make a withdrawal they told me I couldn't until I made a deposit to confirm my account so I make a deposit then I try to make a withdrawal. I didn't hear anything so I asked them why it hasn't my withdrawal gone through? and they said that my money is forfeit because I mix funds by making a deposit although I have screenshots that they told me I had to make a deposit to verify my account. And I can get any of my funds I deposited back either.... Be careful with this place. I would go to another casino.

“Misleading Withdrawals – Not Trustworthy”
This casino is not trustworthy. My withdrawal showed “approved”, but support later said that status does not actually mean approved and is just a generic label. That is misleading.They then denied the withdrawal citing bonus rules, even though the bonuses were openly offered and allowed to be used. No clear warning, no transparency, just a refusal to pay.My advice: do not deposit your money here. Once you win, they can simply deny your withdrawal.

I only played here because of an email i was sent that said fast withdrawals within 24 hours. I finally won after losing a good amount. I initiate the withdrawal, 24 hours pass and nothing 36 hours and still nothing. The agents all tell a different lie as to why. the email was a mistake; the email was sent out to early. There is no help. I heard from 6 different people that it was escalated and still nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!!!!!!

Man trust pilot needs to stop letting these people buy good reviews because I don't know how they have such a high review rating as shady as these dudes are one individual that I'm going to speak out about Dwayne Smith he's probably the dumbest customer support agent I've ever met he wants to burn me on my VIP monthly cash back bonus after they've already burned me on to withdrawals he has the audacity to tell me to make a deposit these people will constantly give you codes and then take them from you when you go to redeem them saying you've redeemed too many free coupons well if you give them to me I should be able to redeem them why are you giving me something that I cannot have just a shady bunch of people here and once again Duane Smith is about three crayons shy of a full box terrible customer support I mean the games are pretty cool but the customer support makes it what it is these guys act like it's their money they love to take your money if they can but once again play her at your own risk don't redeem free coupons because they'll take them from you

To be honest with you one of the most insane crazy experiences I’ve had in this online casino business. I’ve been playing this platform on and off for a few months he sent you bonuses every once in a while free spins things at that nation so today I won 300 something dollars after my bonus was cleared. I cleared the play through everything though my account seemed verified said I needed to verify again I reached out to life support and which time I was informed because I use the promos every once in a while that they send me in my email that avoided the ability to withdraw the funds. Even informed me that they would give me a match if I wanted to deposit $20 which also was further void the withdrawal ability so I don’t really understand other than it seems like a scam anyway to not pay out.

Ok first off they make you make a 15 dollar bitcoin deposit for any withdraw for verification purposes. If you know anything about crypto you know there is no verification in crypto meaning i have 6 bitcoin wallets and had to show zero id. So what are they verifing. Thays when you see the true design of there system. They either have to be owened by bitcoin or teaming up with them. Think about it how many people win off these free chips alot. So this is how they do it they give out free chips let you win some money then they make you send bitcoin to get it. Soul purpose keep the bitcoin going up keeping it moving on the chain. All there doing is ramping the bitcoin up through free chips they ket you win on only to say if you dont send 15 bit coin you cant have it. But this is where it gets even better they first make you send the bitcoin before they do any verification...why becouse its a trick that they know your going to do for the 100 you get for deposting the 15. Only to find out thay after you deposit thays when the trouble starts becouse now you already sent the bitcoin so there whole plan has worked up till now. Nkw being iv been on customer suport for days got 1000 of screen shots videos of chat getting shut off 1000 of emails that never get replyed. Its aleays something they deni your withdraw and wven though you send 50 emails no one replys they just keep giving me excuses. So now you see whats going on there giving out free chips letting you win only letting cash out for 100....only to find out you jave to send 15 in bit coin thinking your going to get 85 dollars who wouldnt do thay right.....lol i got so many screen shots emails these poeple are robbing us to ramp up bitcoin.
