Not worth it / fairly amateur
Possibly worth it for a commercial build. But for us it was the biggest waste of 10 grand. They didn't really understand attempts to make older buildings environmentally friendly. After we'd paid them they did pass us onto an entirely new consultancy who was good. But we didn't / couldn't use a single one of their recommendations or designs. We just started from scratch with the new team. I wish they'd just told us at the start that they weren't experienced in what we were trying to do.
