21 st century approach to health and wellness
I've worked with this company since 2011 with their professional software. Their new self management tool is sooooo empowering for people to manage their own individualized wellness plan. I use it on myself, my cat, and all my clients now are "required" to use it with their therapeutic sessions with me. Clients now require a lot less one to one counseling and that's the goal of all therapeutic approaches to REDUCE the need for it. Although I began using in April, 2024 I use it every day.

Metabalance is a wonderful supportive resource on so many levels, physical, emotional, specific therapies, and more. Having this kind of energetic support immediately available on your phone is becoming increasingly valuable in all of the stress of today. I have specifically experienced ongoing relief of pain in my knee that has been present for a long time, relief from emotional overwhelm, and the interactive aspecf of the program is wonderful in its ability to not only tailor your particular treatment, but inform you of specific actions you can take as well. The entire staff is helpful and caring and always there. I cannot imagine not having this tool available.

Best therapy for self care ever
I love this technology, I have been familiar with this software for several months now and would not be without it. I had an issue with some emotions that took care of it really quickly and have been great since. I have a couple of friends who use it and swear by it, this is one product that is a must for self care!!!!

Meta Balance Software is great! I love the convenience of it being available for me anytime and anywhere. My anxiety, general irritation of life and improving my sleep are just a few situations that this software assists me positively, normally within an hour. My dog responds very well too! MetaBalance software has been a life saver for my family. Including pets!!! Literally!! I contacted MetaBalance when one of my dogs was diagnosed with cancer in a hind limb and was going to have to have a leg amputation. I purchased the yearly family plan after the two week trial. I immediately started running sessions on myself as well as our dog. The amputation couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The surgeon was amazed at how quickly he recovered and adapted. I attribute all of that to the programs. For myself personally… My anxiety level is down. My confidence and focus in my artwork is 100% improved. My pain levels are Greatly reduced. As one of the other users describes the software – it’s an angel in my pocket. Very user-friendly. My 90 year old mother has even downloaded it and loves it! Great customer service and support. I don’t see myself ever being without this software in the future.

Convenient and helpful
I've been using MetaBalance for over a year, and it's my go-to whenever I'm in need of emotional clearing and a boost of energy. Amazing Resource
Getting a good night's sleep has been a problem the last few years. I tried Meta Balance hoping for an extra hour of sleep. I was delighted to find I now can get 7 or more hours of sleep with Meta Balance. A Meta Balance session for sleep is now my night time ritual. I am trying Meta Balance for other issues as well such as yoga and meditation with great success. An amazing resource!

Goodbye ascension symptoms
This app is easy to use and I love the instructional videos. I have tried a few different sessions from general to yoga. My body loves the massage sessions and fitness sessions to the point that my muscles are tightening and I’m getting stronger every day.
