So easy to download my resent claim and was reimbursed very quickly! Thank you for making it so easy. I used to make copies and mail in the claim. This was great and the reimbursement was direct deposited so quickly.

I just became a member of pet life met…
I just became a member of pet life met not too long ago for my puppy Max. He had to have a vaccination, which was expensive. I sent in a claim to MetLife and within a week, actually less than a week, they sent me 80% of what I paid. I I consider that great service.

It's been pretty easy
So far our frenchie has not had any issues (who knew) so we really haven't experienced any large claims. Just standard stuff that they have honored. It has been easy to submit claims and payments are automatic.

I couldn’t imagine being a pet owner…
I couldn’t imagine being a pet owner with metlife pet insurance! It makes the cost an after thought and allows me to keep my dog happy and healthy and not worry about the price of treatment. Payment is reimbursed to me within days. It’s so easy to take a picture of the invoice and upload it. All pros no cons!

Hooray for MetLife
Our dachshund has many, many health issues. If not for MetLife, we could not possibly give her the care she needs. I had never had pet health insurance before, but she came with it from the rescue, and thankfully, we continued it. It has saved her life (and ours) many times. I highly recommend MetLife.
