This a a wonderful Charter School
I really like the email communication to the parents. When I first enrolled my child to Metro Academy, I felt a since of warm and comfort from the staff that worked there, they are caring and willing to do whatever it is to help your child become a successful student.

Not what it use to be!
Metro has become a school that take in the worst of kids that have been kicked out of other schools bringing that same attitude with them. No effective diciplinary actions in place there. Teachers can't effectively teach a lesson.

They're friendly, and I really enjoy the treat with the kids. the teachers have an excellent communication with the parents... BUT sometimes I think they have to teach the parents too

Metro Academy is a very great school. All the teacher and staff are friendly and the education is excellent. I was a little worried about my daughters advancement but Mr. K and Mrs. Hahn ease my worries. They are truly excellent teachers, and understanding and caring about their students. This is truly a 5 star school. Except the parking lot is a little too busy but you get use to it and learn how to work through it. I have no complaints about this school.

What a great school!
Compared to public schools Metro Charter is hands down a much better environment for our children. The staff is great, the communication from the teachers is above and beyond and our kids never complain about going to school any more!

Great curriculum
I love how the curriculum challenges my daughter. The fact that they offer different or almost customizable work for each child's learning level is very important to me. This means no child will get board with work that isn't fulfilling enough, and no child will get left behind if they need a little more help.

I love all the support of the staff at Metro
Love the school so far. My grandson is having a hard time with the new school but the staff is very support 've. I like getting email to let me I ow what is happening at school and with my child. Thanks

Great teachers and exceptional staff!
This school was ranked highest in our area and it still stands above the rest with excellent teachers, staff and extra curricular activities for both elementary and middle school students. Teachers are above any school when notifying parents on testing, assignments and simply just giving a good report on not just educational issues but when students show qualities of being leaders or helpers or just wonderful friends. My ONLY reason for not giving 5 stars is the fact that the classrooms are overcrowded & the lack of respect in the parking lot. Both are not the responsibility of the staff but are caused due to failing districts around us. The teachers, Mrs. Scales, & Mr. Novak are awesome and the office staff is pleasant and each and every day the staff members are outside making sure of the safety and welfare of every child is covered. The leadership of the principal shows in the quality of the staff. Go Metro Jets!

Good School
The school challenges my children to attempt to do their best. The classrooms are structured, the staff are knowledgeable, and I am informed about my children's progress, school activities, etc. on a regular basis. I wish there was a better drop off/pick up procedure for that parking lot, because everyone does not adhere to the rules, but other than that, the school is great.
