A mixed bag. The service works, but it takes a while for the crypto to register as paid, so don't use it if you're in a hurry.If you ask for a refund, the one customer service guy 'Chris' will act like he's going to help you get it through, then fail to.I've been on the run around with them for 3 years trying to get $6.25 back. I feeling disappointed. At least it was only $6.
Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI purchased a phone number to receive verification messages, but not a single one ever arrived. When I tried to request a refund, the ticket system was down, making it impossible to submit a support request. The chatbot advised me to send an email instead: but that email bounced back as undeliverable.At this point, I've decided to contact my credit card company for a chargeback, as the service clearly failed to provide what was promised and offered no functioning customer support.EDITED: Refund was indeed received the very next day after placing this review, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt!
Google and Whatsapp numbers work perfectly... didn't test for anything else as this is all I need them for. The dashboard is easy to use.. you can quickly switch between numbers and services whenever necessary.
It worked as promised. I have used a Brazilian number and had no issues getting my code through. The price is great for this location too.
I was asking for more than once a simple question: How long are your temporary numbers valid, just a few hours or several days? I need a specific answer, please. But they are not able to respond or they just do not want to respond. Very dissapointed to say the least.I am walking away as there are many other alternatives out there
Messed the first one up, best feature was it cost nothing if you never got the SMS code delivered.
I've been using sms services before but this one is definitely the best. The prices are reasonable and the messages arrive on time.. can't say this about some other sites.

Don’t get this service they customer service is horrible! And banned me for no reason and they don’t have good phone numbers they are horrible and told me to not come back because they got upset because I’ve kept asking for refunds and disputes not my problem their numbers don’t half way work but don’t use this company their customer service is rude and banned me for making or creating accounts horrible service their numbers don’t work! And they get mad when I do a dispute smh.
