I had a wonderful experience, the staff welcomed me in individually, my food was received in a timely manner, and beyond delicious, Brandon and Ella were very kind and made my more experience a memorable one
The customer service was great! I’ve been there several times and have had nothing but the greatest customer service. Every time I go I order a stack, and get the chipotle ranch on it, and it is brought out to me fast, and hot. It is my favorite place to eat.
Honestly the place has a lot of potential to be a great place to work. My experience was decent but I do think they need a better hiring process. I also think that all hiring paperwork needs to be done before stepping food on the line and working. I also think they need to have someone on each shift train the new employees that way there is no confusion about portion size and what is what. I would also like to add that I find it kinda of weird and sketchy that when asked about w2s or i9s or even what your pay is after your so called week of training you get the run around. Do better. You have many great employees there with the potential to make the place a wonderful establishment and it's sad your running those people away.
This review is for the catering from the Bridgeville PA location. I ordered catering for thirty. I was expecting a catering van with a couple of people for set up. What arrived was one person in a personal vehicle and a small pull cart. It turns out that that was all my $400.00 had bought. I had expected the delivery person to bring a second or third round of food from their vehicle...but no. The portion sizes were obscenely small. We ran out of meat and rice after 10 people were served. I had to scramble and purchase $120.00 worth of pizza so the boys would not starve. This was for some of my son's football teammates. In addition the meat, esp. the chicken was dry and tasteless, it looked as though it had been sitting around for hours. I replied to a "please share your experience" email and subsequently spoke with Danelle Greco, Dir. of sales and marketing. As with all calls of this nature, she tried to convince me I was wrong, that the service was exemplary and she regaled me with tales of the past catering success. All of which meant nothing to my experience. Eventually she asked what she could do to make things right. I asked for a partial refund, (at least cover the cost of the pizza I had to order). At this she balked and said she needed to speak with her boss, Mike Geiger. She said he would call me that day Oct. 17 2025. She also sent an email confirming the same. As of today, Oct 21 2025 I have not gotten a call or email from Mr. Gieger.
Decent food. Won't recommend the nachos with double meat. My biggest issue is the screw up on the order. I order a taco kit with steak and chicken and I only got the chicken. I order a set of meals and should've gotten 2 chips and salsa orders and i only got one. Nachos didn't have the double meat I paid for. Only chicken really. Again the food doesn't taste bad but the fact I didn't get what I ordered is just frustrating. The manager tried and offer a queso and Chips but that's not what I was missing. Next time I'll just check everything in front of everyone but I tried to be nice and take the employees word for it but other than that, the fact I'm missing food and wasn't going 30 minutes back to return it is just irritating. So CHECK EVERYTHING.
I've been going there for years. Went in today 1 hour after they opened. Cilantro rice was just plain white rice and worker put Cilantro and lemon juice in it with me standing there, which should have been done before opening. The tortilla warmer had not been turned on so they had to use the grill for my tortilla, and the steak was not fully cooked. I could see from the lobby it was pink. Ordered and paid anyway. Was charged for a homewrecker when I got a burrito WITHOUT guacamole. Then was told I was given a discount to make it the price of a regular burrito, which is what it should have been from the start. Worker interrupted my question to say hello and joke with coworker. Got home with my food and the steak with inedible. It was tough, chewy, and made me gag. Very, very disappointed in the Pooler GA location.
My family and I used to go to the Mo’s in Valrico all the time. We like the food but every time it seems like the employees that are working behind the counter act like they don’t even wanna be there. They used to be cool coming in with my kids when they were younger getting a warm most welcome. Now, if I ask anyone, any questions about the menu they get grumpy. The only reason why we go there is because Mondays is a cheap dinner for a family of four and that is the only reason. probably will just keep sticking with chipotle. I miss the old Mo’s at least at my location.
I would strongly suggest against visiting this restaurant. The food is significantly overpriced, and it's not very good. I paid $50 for four take-out dinners, and the manager said he couldn't apply my discount code because I had already paid. I will not be returning.
The worst service I've ever experienced, and the restaurant is unkempt. I bought food today in the Newport News, Virginia, location, and I was greeted by the staff. The work ethic and attention to detail are concerning. My daughter asked at one point, Can the guacamole be spread evenly? The young man used his finger—yes, his finger. Never mind that he was wearing gloves; that's beside the point. DISGUSTING!! The staff lacked initiative and presented as if they did not want to be there. I ordered a chicken bowl; the same young man forgot my chicken. Sloppy service, sloppy restaurant. Why were there open boxes over the fryer and in the fork and spoon box tray? The health inspection needs to make a pop-up inspection. There were three male employees and one female employee at the register. I believe she may have been the manager, but her tone was the same as the others. They looked miserable, and the service and attitude towards us told a disturbing story.
I went in tonight to get dinner and everything was dried up and a mess. There was only 1 employee and it was a steady flow of people. When cashing out, my order was $32, I gave 2 $20 bills and he had no change to give me quarters for change. What’s going on with this place? I love the bowl with white chicken, and it was absolutely horrible tonight along with the 2 chicken tacos I got. It’s sad this place is going down hill like this. I could see if it’s the first time it’s happened, but it’s not.
My first time eating at the Ann Arbor location. The worst Nacho I ever had. The free chips and salsa only got the horrible tasting chips. The only good experience was the driver very nice DoorDash driver.
Terrible...chicken was cold, expensive...given chips I gave back because we don't eat them, I am sure the price reflects given chips. Every salsa was empty, nor did the other containers have anything in them...and they had no forks. I was told they ran out. We wanted 2 glasses for water and was told it would be 2.99 a cup. Ridiculous. We never had Moe's, we like Chipotle and wanted to try them. We won't be back ever again
Moe's Robinson Twp, PA. Order place on=lineHaven't been in a Moe's in over a decade. It will probably be longer than that before I go back.Ordered 3 items for 3 people. One Homewrecker Bowl for person #1, one Soft chicken taco for person #2, and another Soft chicken taco for person #3.Each order was supposed to come with free chips and salsa. We received two bags of chips and one cup of salsa. Chips were a bit stale. The Homewrecker bowl was large and tasty, but the steak was a bit chewy. The tacos were a joke. They came squished in foil and there is twice as much meat in a taco bell $1.99 soft taco than Moe's $3.75 offering. For a counter service restaurant, I'll stick with Taco Bell or Qdoba.
i've been going moe's for a long time love the food but the last 2 moe's i've stopped at 1 in chillicothe at the pilot and now here in flatwood at the pilot both times they want to charge me extra money rice on a stack i've never been charged extra for rice that comes on a stack absolute BS if that's way moe's wants to treat a long time customer then i guess i will no longer recommend them to people and not be a customer
When gone in to order my food the line was out of everything on the line the staff had go in prep in the back to bring everything to the front of the line and I had wait over 5 minutes for lettuce, cheese to be panned out to bring to the front of the store
I love Moes! For someone who is a vegetarian and loves to dine out but wants to eat only wholesome ingredients, this restaurant in Carrollton, Georgia, is my “go to” place for delicious, nutritious food. I love the staff and greatly appreciate that when I walk in, they remember both my name and my order - and make me feel that I am a valued customer. Thank you for my Moe’s in Carrollton!
My wife and I have not been to Moe's for a while and decided to go for lunch the day after Christmas. There was one employee helping a guest and mumbled, "Welcome to Moe's." I was taken back by the length of the male employees pony tail which came out the back of his hat.The menu changed and signs for RIP for previous menu items and just felt depressing. We ordered a ground beef homewrecker bowl and Adobo chicken bowl. I understand portion control, but the lack of protein portion was ridiculous. He kept on shaking the serving spoon providing a miniscule amount of chicken. My wife gave me the don't say anything look and we moved to the checkout. The female employee was not friendly at all. We ate and it seemed like we were just eating a salad bowl. I had no idea what the chicken tasted like.I called the corporate office and shared my poor dining experience on 12/26/24 and have not heard anything from the store manager. I call it like I see it with my food reviews and maybe you have had a similar experience or not.
Total rip off. Tiny portions. Always ghetto employees at Dallas love airport. The only positive is the taste.
I was in Sunday night, staff was awesome, Manager was spot on, food delicious
