Very shady company, they never call back or email back. Not only that, once I had the director on the phone, she was very rude and tell me I don’t qualify for any jobs because I have very bad experience!! I been nanny for 20 years , never been fired from any of my jobs with families.
Don't like their service . Going to other agency. Very shady and manipulative. Send me a job offer and after I accepted they told me I don't qualify.
I was invited to interview with MoniCare right after I filled out their onlince application. A long one but I understand families want all the questions answered. I interviewed with Theresa. She was very nice and asked a lot of in depth questions. They also took a video while interviewing. MoniCare office is very professional and nicely decorated. I also met other MoniCare employees and they seemed very nice. I look forward to meeting with potential employers.
