I believe the call center has a lot of…

I believe the call center has a lot of improvements to make. 30 minute hold times on a telephone is not professional under any circumstances. They do great once they answer and technician are good. But to me it’s a lot of time wasted.

Installed the wrongly 0.0 calibrated interlock device instead of the court ordered 0.2 bac calibrated device (to cause extra triggers and generate false violations fines to scam me)

Nice and down to earth.

I didn’t get my installers name but he was great. Very down to earth and personable. He was patient with me throughout explaining the device and very knowledgeable.

Your monitech technician Alan knows and does his job extremely well I have had the pleasure of having him for a technician at both Arden and Franklin locations

$125 COMPLETELY WASTED

My car engine blew up so I paid $125 for absolutely nothing since to get code to unlock car after getting stuck in snow to be able to drive away to go get unlocked at the Monitech shop only to end up 5 mins later pulled over on the side of the road with a blown head gasket.

Don’t drink and drive

I don’t have a lot of problems with it. The only thing is when it’s around the time to get it serviced it gets harder to blow into the device. But other than that it works and does its job.

Monitech is horrible

Monitech is horrible. DO NOT USE THEM! The battery in my car went dead in Wisconsin over Christmas, so the device caused a violation. I had to cut my trip short to drive 16 hours to North Carolina to have it serviced. When I got to the location in Wilmington, nobody was in the office, so I had to drive amother 4 hours roundtrip to Raleigh to have it serviced that day, otherwise I would have been locked out. Nobody notified me that the location was not operating that day, (Friday) and refused to give an allowance till the office opened on the following Tuesday. It is not Monitech's fault that I require an interlock service, but the way they do business is disgusting. This is one small example of terrible ethics and service that I have experienced from Monitech. However I will say that they technician in Wilmington is very good to work with.

Good and quick service.

We originally called Monitech on January 7th to schedule an installation appointment. While helpful, the gentleman who answered the 800 number had an accent that was a bit difficult to understand. However, he sent an email confirmation quickly and sent a text the day before our January 13th appointment as a reminder. On the 13th, at the facility, our service tech Alan was helpful and explained everything. Made sure we tested the device before we left the installation facility. Worked with us to schedule the next service appointment.

Got my appointment changed when I called during non-business hours. During non-business hours is the only time they will actually pick up the phone in about 2 or 3 rings. Carlos fixed me up quickly.
