Had almost a full card with Embargo app. A batista at Whitechapel cafe suggested I contact Mousetail to see if I could get the card redeemed. I took a screenshot and sent on February 8th but no reply.

Great place for coffee and food
Very friendly staff, nice coffee and good for food as well. Sometimes a bit disorganised but always friendly (maybe busy because good?).

Not the place for a relaxing coffee
I never enjoyed my coffee lately. Super noisy staff specially when they wash the dishes. Never experienced this kind of very loud noise in any cafe and even now they won't accept cash. I had been buying coffees to do some online work but I wouldn't last there more than 10 minutes, made the same mistake few times but now I will never go there any more
