Recently found out I have an account with this company, tried to delete it but no options available, spoke to their customer service agent on live chat who said they don’t know how to do this and they only deal with ticket purchases, then told me to call a number but told they will only deal with ticket purchases too. No option available to delete account or option to speak to anyone who can help!! Ridiculous
My name is Shirin and I have opened up a case with mtt for almost over a year, the case is a simple speeding ticket, only 10 mile over and this case HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED yet. Every few months I have to send a message to attorney, reminding him that I am waiting and he is just giving me an excuse and does nothing. Worst experience ever. Name of the attorney is Thomas Swain.
Absolute scam. They claim you will have your tickets the day before but you don’t. They just take your money and delay delay delay. Don’t trust the lower prices and avoid them at all costs. Submitting complaint to FTC to have them removed from being able to charge US citizens. What an absolute joke, and scammers. Again DO NOT purchase from them. They are scammers!
I went online to pay for tickets to AEW it say successful I got the tickets but then followed steps to get E tickets but it will not let me into my account to get my tickets is this company stealing are money
$480 down the drain. Says tickets are transferred on order page. I don't see any tickets. Beware, this company is stealing lots of money.
This company appears to be scam tied to MyTicketTracker.com. I purchased tickets for Hamilton, never received them, and waited 2.5 hours on hold. They didn't respond with tickets via email.
ordered two tickets for $600 and never received them. huge scam avoid them. Doo not answer phone and emails are uninformative
