This is a scam store. Ordered a drum kit. Shipped me a book.
Stay far away from this company…. Purchased a keyboard through their website and they stop communicating and sent me a record. Of course there’s a stop payment happening and such but they are really good at scamming
We ordered a Roland TD-50VK on a huge sales price. Shipping was good. But they did not explain that Taxes and Vat would be due upon delivery. They only told us the information is posted on their website after we called to complain. Price was still good. I would use again.
I ordered a guitar and paid for it and received nothing. Every correspondence I have is supposedly with this company so either they don't care that someone is scammed or the entire site is a scam. The seller's name is "music girl" and the guitar is gone but that person is still selling products on the site. Can't contact sellers directly. Whether they like it or not this was my experience with their website. A very negative one. And they've done nothing to help remedy the situation.
