Bad Customer service
My company uses them and its nice to be able to control what you invest your 401K in, but trying to contact them is terrible. Takes forever to get them on the phone and when you do, they don't sound like the really want to talk to you. They updated there site and no idea what they did, but it is a horrible update. Money is doing well there, but they need to fix there website and there customer service. Used to be a lot better
