Bianca Rodriguez made the reverse mortgage process so easy for me. I am an 80 year old retired female living by herself in a home that I am still paying a mortgage on. I have owned the home since 1992. I am living on Social Security and two pensions.Everything is going up except my income. I had lots of equity in my home which it made sense for me at this time of my life to do the reverse mortgage.
Terri Duncan was very knowledgeable and helpful with me during my reverse mortgage process. She was always available to answer any questions I had. My solar power company was very difficult to deal with while trying to get the lien releases. She helped with that a great deal.
Terri was great knew everything about the loan called back everything time on time she made it easy for me she is a great asset to have thank you Terri

Five Stars to Rodney Kalb and Mutual of Omaha. Late last month we received our initial funding from our reverse mortgage. I had many questions since I was about to attach a mortgage to our debt free home. Rodney helped me to understand that the process was safe. This is supplementing our income during our Golden Years.
Rodney Kalb did a tremendous job for us. Especially for me, the wife, who basically questioned everything. He was patient, thorough, and was instrumental in walking us through each “bump” we encountered. He is a five star guy for sure. Thankful he put up with us so gracefully. 🤗
