[ ]..I sent my book about 11 August and received nothing else. Checked status and the buyback is complete and nothing...sent an email to inquire about my payment....you guessed it nothing..

Probably the worst experience I have…
Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a vendor. They rejected the book they received from me. In their email, they stated that if I wanted it shipped back, to contact them. Three days went by and they didn't respond. I filed a claim with BBB. They finally responded and wanted $12.99 for the return of one book. They also rejected another order and instead of combining those together, they charged $14.99 for the other order.

Sold one book. Which meant creating a profile from scratch and searching the site for condition requirements and ways to get paid, etc. All my questions were answered without having to reach out to the company. The only thing missing was those coupons mentioned but not advertised.

I old text books were just sitting…
I old text books were just sitting there, and I stumbled upon mybookcart. They paid for the shipping label, so I just printed it out and taped it to a box and took to the post office. It took about two weeks from the day I dropped pack off at post office. After they received my package it was about two days later I received an email and a few moments later the payment hit my PayPal account. I received my original offer. Simple and easy, and you're not losing out on anything.

I was unable remove a prior review that I entered with a 1 star as I had not received payment for the book I sold. This was totally my fault as I had entered my PayPal account info incorrectly. They read the review and immediately reached out to address the issue. I have since gotten paid and everything has been perfect.

MyBookCart claimed that the textbook we…
MyBookCart claimed that the textbook we sent in was damaged (cover, spine & binding). They sent photos, but we do not believe that those were of our book. This was a test book to check out this service, as we had not used them before. The single book was in very good condition and was packaged very securely with adequate packaging. Under normal shipping, no damage to the book would have occurred. If the packaging was damaged, it should be documented; however, none of the photos that MyBookCart shared included any of our packaging.Has anyone else experienced this?

Be aware
Be aware! This company provided me half the price of what they offered and claimed the book had water damage. I think this company is scamming half of the people to still get decent reviews. This happened to my friend as well. A photo was sent with water damage and was NOT the book that I mailed to them. I told them to mail the book back and I was send the $10 check and they refused. Do NOT send any books to this company!!!! I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.
