Absolutely horrendous!!
Absolutely horrendous!!! They offered 12 ribeye steaks for $100 off with free shipping and 8 free burgers plus a $25 reward. I ordered on Dec 5, asking for Dec 19 delivery. By Dec 17 I had received no contact so I contacted them. They said they could deliver by Dec. 24 -- too late for my Xmas Eve dinner. They said they would expedite to overnight shipping and they would ship out that night. They did not. I had to call again the next day. I finally got my order on Dec 20. I got 9 steaks and no burgers and no $25 reward. They charged me $269 which comes to $30 per steak. SOME DEAL HUH?!!!Chicago Steak has offered to send me the additional steaks and the 8 burgers which would be nice, but I am not holding my breath until they arrive. Will update if they do.I did receive the steaks and burgers over a week later. However, I will still never patronize this company again. Also beware, their steak chart lists these ribeyes as an inch to inch and a half thick. They are not even one inch. Very thin. More like a breakfast steak than a dinner steak.

High Quality Delicious Meats!We received a gift certificate from a great friend last Christmas. It got lost in the shuffle and when we found it we were delighted to be able to order for this year's holiday celebration. We're so glad we did! We ordered two Tomahawk Steaks. We received them fairly quickly (within about a week) and they were packaged wonderfully. They were the BEST steaks we have ever had! Tender, juicy and absolutely PERFECT flavor! We will definitely order again for a special occasion so that we can blow our guests away! Thank you!

The steaks and chicken are fabulous
The steaks and chicken are fabulous. We've tried many different items over the past few years and have never been disappointed. Products are received very quickly and are always still frozen. I had only one issue, that was actually brought to my attention by the Chicago Steak Company itself, which was quickly resolved. The website is easy to navigate. Customer service is great. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality steaks.

4 stars due to your website and shipping communication
I gave you 4 stars due to your website being somewhat difficult to navigate and the shipping date I received was not the actual date of shipping (later). This order was a gift and I was worried that due to the later shipping date which had the order held at the freight company's facility over the weekend the steaks would arrive warm. Fortunately, they arrived still frozen with only one steak slightly thawed.As to the website I had trouble finding other items I wanted to buy and then was unable to make payment at the end. I used your chat feature and the young man at the other end was very friendly and helpful. He finally suggested I just call, which I did. I got another very friendly and helpful young lady who got my order assembled and closed. I have not heard from my daughter as to whether they have had any of the steaks yet but I have personally bought from CS in the past and the quality of the steaks were very good.

Ordered the 6oz Filet Mignon
Ordered the 6oz. filet Mignon for a special dinner with our son and daughter. The filets were butter tender and had a such an amazing flavor, we will defiantly be ordering more for special occasions. My wife and I have come to the conclusion that if we order quality meat, we can make it as good or better than going out to a steakhouse for dinner at half the price. Quality is everything.
