Perfect 10 Cartier
Perfect 10 Cartier! I was recommended to get Cartier from My Eye Gems. I got the most incredible pair for my husband, they went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. Oh, and the cuts on the glasses.. I mean they know what they’re doing!!!!

I came across MyEyeGems by chance while searching for a very specific pair of sunglasses and to my surprise, they had the last one in stock. Before placing the order, I called the number listed on their website and was warmly greeted by Lana, who walked me through the entire process. The customer service was truly exceptional.When the sunglasses arrived, they were in flawless, scratch-free condition clearly handled with care. After that first purchase, I didn’t hesitate to place a second order, and I plan to continue shopping with them going forward. I trust and have the peace of mind that every pair I receive has been thoroughly inspected before shipping, and if there’s ever an issue, they’re more than willing to fix it.In fact, I had purchased another pair from a different optician that unfortunately arrived with scratches and hairline marks on the inside of the frame. Disappointed, I reached out to Lana, even though I hadn’t bought that pair from MyEyeGems and without hesitation, she said, “Yes, we can help.”For me, quality products are everything, but exceptional customer service is just as important. The customer service and stylist assistance at My Eye Gems was top notch. the response time is great
the response time is great, i had a few questions about getting my glasses fixed and they directed me to the maintenance and repair concierge and all i had to do was fill out a little form and attach pics! They got back to me with a quote in the same day. Will definitely use again for my other frames.
