I needed help with a problem in redeeming credits
I needed help with a problem in redeeming credits purchased online. The redeem option within the mail from MyGiftCardSupply would show "already redeemed" when the full credits had not shown up on my iTunes account. An exchange of mail eventually resolved the issue. I did not have to follow up repeatedly and MyGiftCardSupply was there with unprompted responses and solutions.

If cards are out of stock the icon should be greyed out
I truly believe that if your inventory is empty you should grey out the card icons because I had to wait over 10 hours to receive a gift card marked as "in stock" on your website. Besides this I think your assistant Mary was very helpful and prompt with her responses to my inquiries, therefore I do not want this rating to negatively affect her in any way.

They sold me a gift card that is…useless (SLING TV)
They sold me a Gift Card that is useless. The service it was supposed to be used for "Sling TV" no longer allows mere Gift Card use without a U.S. address and Credit Card, the info that it can't be used by customers in Europe wasn't provided! Beware they just suckered me for 100$ without any support except the statement "sorry for your inconvenience"!!!

Bought an Apple gift card, when i tired to redeem it i was told it is not valid. I contacted customer service and had ZERO reply. Now almost two months later I am forced to do a credit card chargeback. Amateurs.

Purchasing a gift card from them is a gamble. Don’t expect it always to work and staff to help you
I purchased a $50 Apple Gift Card, redeemed it immediately to find the code had already been redeemed. They are selling recycled codes. Both Mary and Javier claim to be ‘Customer Service Representatives’ but in true they are part of the scam. They don’t care that your gift card doesn’t work and they hide behind that it must be the customer. Heed my warning, do not purchase anything from them!!!

I thought I had lost GBP 100. Mary knew better :)
I had an issue with two of the three codes ordered; I was unable to redeem them. Sent an email. Received an answer quite fast. It took us a couple of emails back and forth to understand each other and figure the glitch out. Mary told me to try manually. It worked. Thanks :)
