Scammers. I purchased a 1000$ card and it had a balance of 12$ when I redeemed it. I contacted their support and they said that my redeem link was hacked and the funds were drained. They refused to replace the card and told me there was nothing they can do.... STAY AWAY
I purchased one of their cards and after a while I suspected they were allowing other people to redeem my same card by using the same link (which they allowed to be leaked). I tried to add my card to my profile using the same e-mail information I provided when I redeemed it, but I was surprised to see some other account had already redeemed it. This is completely absurd, because I had to provide e-mail, address and telephone information to redeem it, but they allowed some other person to redeem it without confirming their information (not even an e-mail 2FA). This way not only I apparently lost money, but all my data leaked to the scammer, as he is able to see my personal information too. When I tried their support, they did not even reply me. Horrible. They should be prosecuted / sued for that. I would probably sue them myself if I only lived on the same country as they operate from.
