I had high expectations, but the mattress didn’t work for me at all. It felt much firmer than described, and I couldn’t get comfortable.

I bought the mattress for my granddaughter, it arrived with in the week and it was Christmas, amazing shipping!!! I wanted a mattress that was not full of chemicals, my granddaughter loves her big bed.

We are very pleased with our My Green…
We are very pleased with our My Green Mattress. Very comfortable and there was no off gassing or smell at all. We also purchaed a topper for the guestroom mattress, which was also very comfortable and no smell. I would highly recommend this mattress.

Zero break-in period, comfort from the start!
Everything arrived quickly and the mattress is SO COMFORTABLE! We thought we may have to compromise on comfort to get a safe mattress for our family, but it was amazingly comfortable from the first night. Zero break-in period. We couldn't be happier!

Great Mattress
I ordered a king size and delivery went smoothly. I forgot to add removal service for old mattress but customer service set up an appointment right away. Very impressed. The mattress perfectly firm in my opinion.

Disappointed. Wish I had chosen Avocado.
I did a lot of research comparing My Green Mattress with Avocado (I already own one Avocado) and ultimately landed on this one. The delivery and setup were fine, but the mattress is more firm than I had anticipated. I ended up having to add a mattress topper, which mostly negated the price difference. I had high hopes that this would be a more economical option while still offering high quality, but unfortunately it is not.

Great mattresses, fair customer service.
Pros- the mattresses (we own two) are very comfortable, high quality, and most importantly healthy materials. Shipping was quick. An emailed question about a detail on our bill was quickly answered.Cons- I sent a chat and an email asking about the difference in firmness between different mattresses on the site- never got a response for either format. If I didn't already own one of the mattresses and trust the company, I wouldn't have purchased this time. Fortunately it worked out.

Great customer service. They reached out and double checked my address was correct (it wasn’t) and made sure it was delivered correctly. Bed is firm and comfortable. Will be ordering again for my kiddo!

So much better than Avocado!
This is our second My Green mattress. First we did our daughter's bed and now replaced our son's Avocado mattress with this. The Avocado was so uncomfortable, and this is so much better quality. Eventually we will get a Green mattress for the master BR as well. Great price, very satisfied. Thanks!

I ordered a topper to try to get my new mattress a bit more comfortable . It worked pretty well but I still wake up with aches from pressure points several times a night. Not sure what my next move will be.

This is my second time buying their crib mattress with the waterproof covers and linens. I love the quality and my first baby did well. This time around I had received the wrong color linens. I reached out to customer service and they promptly replaced them without question. Great customer service! I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you My Green Mattress.

I did not realize that a great mattress could make such a difference in a night’s sleep! My green mattress has just the right amount of firmness and softness to provide a perfect balance of support and comfort for a most restful night of sleep.

When they say firm, they mean firrrrm!
Love the materials and that it didn’t have any strong smells when it popped open. I do love a firm mattress, and they mean it when they say it. Unfortunately the topper may have to be in my future since it seems my body has yet to adjust to a different sleeping surface…definitely firmer than a firm from another brand I had previously…which makes the mgm difficult to do any side sleeping on comparatively
