DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Irresponsible business practice caused me to lose my license. Instead of promised 7-10 days certificate delivery, I had pay for my own Fedex delivery 4 months later. They did not mail the certificate to me nor did they contact DMV to reduce the points on my license. I strongly recommend not to use this business.

If I could give negative stars I would
If I could give negative stars I would. My parents took the course and had so many problems. Won't recognize facial id -the signs video is in Spanish-The volume is out on the signs video and defensive driving video. So a complaint was made and they were given a discount code for $15 off future purchases. Well today I tried to redeem the code before it expires tomorrow and surprise surprise the code didn't work. After some back and forth with the customer service rep, they offered me 20%Off, not the $15 we we're promised. Without the original email they wouldn't honor the discount. I chose them again despite the problems because I thought they in good faith recognized the need to redeem themselves and try and extend good customer service. So I ended the conversation by deciding to go to another company and hopefully the experience will be better.

The material was so relevant for people…
The material was so relevant for people of all ages, should really get the messages across to new drivers. Liked the way the points were made and how it helped me to remember things. Think this should be required for everyone and in every state when a license needs to be renewed or when someone moves into the state, and before a first license is issued. Would like to see more details related to this state(Oregon) as each state is different and has unique problems, laws, etc.
