Trina was very honest about all her information. Very helpful and knew alot about it. If she didn't she would find the information. Couldn't believe how she was able to get me a better plan.

Everything about my experience was…
Everything about my experience was great from the beginning until the end of my conversation. My representative didn’t make me feel over the top or embarrassed bc of my situation. She was very hands on … and super helpful. Not only did she assist me with my own plans she assisted my mother as well! It was like I was talking to a friend I haven’t talked to in years. She didn’t miss a beat !!

Medicare Advantage Plans
I felt Ms. Favaro understood my needs and found a plan that will work for me. She didn't try to talk me into something I can't afford. I had done a lot of research on my own and the plan she recommended was the one I had been thinking about. It was nice to have someone verify this for me. She also assured me that I have a certain amount of time where I can change it if it doesn't work for me.
