Great home products

Great products and the mattress toppers are amazing!!

Avoid them at all cost

Avoid them, they lie. I ordered an expensive King pillow. It says that is comes filled with an extra bag of stuffing who need a bit more. Customer service said that they would make it right, hung up ... and have ghosted me for 3 weeks. Pillow was 1/2 full and no additional material makes it a throw away. Go anywhere but here.

Buyers beware, terrible customer service and getting used products!

Terrible customer service! They did not give me a refund or even a chance to do an exchange. I placed an order on 3-14-2022 and noticed I made a mistake, I accidentally ordered a king and not 2 twins. I had a king and just bought 2 twins so it was natural for me to hit the king size. So I tried calling them and emailing them to cancel my order, but no one replied. I tried again the next morning to contact them and still nothing. Then later on the next day after my calls and emails I get a email stating my order was shipped. I got my order on 3-18-2022 and the king was in an unsealed bag with no professional logos on or in the bag with a stain on it. The full was in a resealed bag with a hand written note stating it is a full with someones personal notes on the back! I called and email them a lot to tell them what I got. I took pictures of them. I never got a reply until after the 30 day return policy. They sent me 2 used bamboo mattress pads with stains! The one person working there said my mattress pads were returns and someone accidentally sent me 2 used one. That is gross and unethical when you paid for brand new ones and not used ones! I been fighting them to please give me a full refund or exchange and they keep telling me that the manager will call me but they never do! This has been going on for over a month and still no money refunded. I have given them a lot of chances to fix what is right but they keep giving me the run around. I sent them all the emails I sent them with pictures to prove what I am telling them is true. I have their phone number logged into my phone stamped with time and dates proving that I called them a lot. I am stuck with 2 used mattress pads that I will not use and out of a lot of money. They do not care about their customers, they only care about getting their money! They lied about wanting to help you and tell you that the manage/supervisor will contact you but you wait all day and nothing, then you call them again the next day just to get the same answer. They say things like, "oh, she just step out of the office and will call you right back" or " she is in a conference meeting and will call you as soon as she gets out" or "I thought you been taken care of already" or "such and such person was suppose to call you and his desk is right next to mind and he just stepped outside and I will have him call you the moment he comes back in" but never calls you. I waited all this time to write a review on this website hoping they would just refund my money but they just don't care. It is all about the money with them. Shame on you "my organic sleep" which is also called "organic textiles" same company! This has caused me a lot of stress and pain. I deal with chronic pain everyday and this terrible customer service and getting used products when you pay for new has caused my pain to get worse! Beware on shopping on these 2 websites as you will get no customer service and used products and get no refunded money or even an exchanged. Sad because I had been there customer since 2016 and never dealt with this horrible customer service before. But then again I didn't have the need to contact them before until with my last order. If this is how they treat a returning long time customer that is pretty sad! Apparently the owner of these 2 same companies do not care how their employees handle situations like this which is just as terrible as if they did it themselves. No one there wants to own up that they sent me 2 used products and do not want to give me a full refund on both products or give me new products; 2 twin bamboo mattress pads and 1 full bamboo mattress pad. And that I do not have to return these disgusting products back and pay for the shipping cost! I don't even have the same box they came in which was ripped open and could not be reused anyways. I won't put out any more money on having to buy new a new box to try to get these items in and ship it back to them. Just own up to your terrible mistake and correct it and be human and say no worries on returning the products as we can see in the pictures you sent us that they are used and all this stress we caused you! I hope they read this and contact me to make things right. If they do I have no problem coming back and giving an update.
