BEWARE: They cancelled the event TWICE! Dishearten grand daughter but owner was more concerned about herself. Wanted to get reimburse...she claimed she did but she did not. This is what I got frim Better Business Bureau: This message is in regard to your complaint submitted on 1/4/2024 against Princess My Party Ltd. Your complaint was assigned ID 21097008.Recently, we received a rebuttal submitted by you and requested further response from Princess My Party Ltd. As of today’s date, we have not received a follow-up response from the business. As a result, we have closed this complaint as Unresolved.This complaint will be reflected on the business’ BBB Reliability Report for three years with the language: “Customer not satisfied with the business response; BBB did not find business made good faith effort to resolve complaint.”
