Once a trusted company is now a total…

Once a trusted company is now a total SCAM. They refuse to honor and send the rewards for the redeemed gift cards. After multiple attempts to contact them since May 2025, I continue to get their "rate our service" email. Are you kidding me. You FAIL at responding or honoring rewards earned. Now I'm reading others are experiencing the same issue. Plus they are closing the company and want you to sign up for a company (Payswell) WHO REQUIRES YOU TO SEND IN YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE or PASSPORT INFORMATION. Both of which are totally unnecessary. That is a complete RED FLAG to me right there.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. I have been taking surveys from them for several years and had accumulated enough points,for $100 gift certificate. So I cashed out for a gift certificate for CVS back in February 2025. I have now sent three Customer Support emails and have not received any response to my complaint. They only send me back an email saying to grade them on their response! It feels like an automatic robot answering. I have stopped taking any of their surveys and will report them to the Better Business Bureau if I don’t receive my gift card relatively soon. I am tired of waiting for these people. Most other Survey sites. I am on you get your gift card within a few days if not immediately. I would like to get a hold of the CEO of this company to file a formal complaint to the top, but I don’t have enough information at this point to do that. But I will be filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau. Stay away from this company and don’t sign up. They’ll get all your information and won’t give you anything in return for your time

I cashed in my rewards months ago for a…

I cashed in my rewards months ago for a Red Robin certificate. Still have not received. As of today I sent in 4 emails on their contact site with no response. This is the first time I have had this problem. I have noticed that the surveys are fewer and far between as compared to a few years ago. The last email I sent was today.

MySoapBox does not pay out.

On Nov 5, 2024, I had enough points to cash out for a $15 Amazon gift card. According to My SoapBox, it takes 2-3 weeks. I started asking support and sending emails the end of November. I have never received my gift card. I have never received a response from support either through the app or by email.

Not replying to request for customer support

I haven’t received any survey invitations since 6/27. This happened with several other survey sites, and it turned out that AOL had messed up some of my incoming emails and had blocked them as spam. This didn’t show up in my spam folder so there was nothing I was able to do to unmark them. Other sites told me that this had happened and they adjusted my account and emails started returning. I have written My Soapbox so many times about this, even requesting to change my email address to my Gmail address if they couldn’t fix it with AOL, and I have not received a single reply. this is not the way to do business.

Keeps glitching and they wont fix

Keeps glitching and they wont fix. Login won't work. Redeem won't work. Talked to support and to no avail. Run around or AI not sure which. Never had a problem until now. Now they send advertisements for other things to join. Never used to be like this. Just want to redeem and wash my hands of this site.

Sad and Disillusioned

I have a similar experience to Melanie's review. I've been with this company for a very long time and I thought they were reputable and trustworthy. They always answered my concerns quickly. I found out today 3/8/24 that my account has been revoked. I had almost 500,000 points and gone just like that. I took so much time and effort with their surveys every day for this to be the outcome. Too many disqualifications they say. You can't qualify for every survey. Did they not want me to try? Should I have just deleted their e-mails without taking any? They sent me at least 3 every day. I think this is just an excuse to keep my points and rewards from me. I did not violate any rules. I was always honest with my answers and took my time and this is how they treat their members. I've notified the BBB today also and will give them bad reviews wherever possible. You don't treat good and loyal members this way. So much time wasted. I could have taken surveys for other sites that would have never done something like this. Shame on me for trusting your company. Beware to other members with a lot of points. Cash out while you can. Don't be a sucker like me.

Disrespectful and lies at their best

I was not lucky with this site...but I wanted to accumulate points...I was finally able to do so...and the last two weeks, I was qualified and one of the survey was always the same...I answered the same answers! Today, not able to log in and site said that I was out because too many disqualifications or too many clients refused my submission...hello! Most surveys are asking the area code...It is normal that if the survey appears a lot in this site, the clients will want a sample of different area code...but it is the survey site fault! The real reason is that I was able to accumulate points and the last two weeks, I was lucky and the site did not want to pay. I lost time and they know that I was honest, I took time to send them questions...yesterday, everything was fine...but today, out. It is sad that dishonest surveys site like this are not taking their task seriously and just laugh and disrespect their serious users. It is normal that some sites can appear lot of time and the same time...and those sites are ready to give any false claims to not exchange points...Disrespectful, dishonest and most of all, awful.

I want to report the FRAUD

I want to report the FRAUD of the owners of this site with points. Over the past 2 days I have only been able to complete 3 surveys. For them I earned 1000+500+250 points. But nothing was added to my points. The site spins surveys without announcing any rewards, creating an endless carousel. I was never able to earn enough to withdraw the minimum amount, although I earned up to $600 on other survey sites during the same time. Technical support does not respond, there is an announcement on the website apologizing for the delay in technical support. But this ad has been hanging there for a very long time.

Terrible Website, Terrible Customer Support

Completed an extremely long survey, was given a message upon completion that I earned 7500 points but they did not show up. It was my very first survey after signing up on their website. I waited a while to see if they would show and they did not, so I contacted their support and the agent was condescending and did absolutely nothing to help but deflected the issue onto another site that I heard about them from. However, I was most definitely on my laptop, on their website, and signed up and that was the first survey offered to me, so I know it was their issue. They also have a message saying that support is delayed, no doubt due to the glitches. DO NOT COMPLETE ANY MYSOAPBOX surveys or sign up with them. They are not helpful and now they have a ton of my information for nothing in return. This is my first time looking them up on here and no surprise, they have terrible reviews. Hope I can save you an hour of your own life!

I have been doing surveys for over a…

I have been doing surveys for over a year and never had a problem until 2 months ago when I got 2 Walmart $10 gift certificates and still have not received them. I have sent at least 5 messages and still nothing.I am very upset and will no longer do their surveys.

Don't Expect Any Rewards

I signed up through a Facebook ad and took my first survey that was extremely long! After completion, I was supposed to receive 700 points, but was awarded 0. I waited a while to see if they just needed to update my balance, but nope, still zero points. They didn't have any record of my survey. This site is either poorly managed or is a scam. Either way, MySoapBox needs to be investigated.
