Great service. Lovely staff and speedy med cert emailed to me.
I requested a medical certificate and the fee was deducted from my bank account. I have not received the certificate despite leaving numerous voicemails and lodging 2 requests for support on their online contact form. There is absolutely no customer support. Please don’t use mytelehealth for medical certificates. They take your money and then ignore your attempts to contact them.
SCAM!! I paid for it and never received my medical certificate!!!!
Requested medical certificate, no confirmation no response, left me waiting for whole day it never came. Big scammer.
If only I could give them a zero rating, I would do it in a heartbeat. I attempted to secure a sick certificate for today, just $19, due to my struggle with gout. When I submitted my request, it was unfortunately denied. Their website offered no acknowledgment of gout, so I had to list headaches and migraines instead. These side effects stem from taking too many gout pills, yet my request was still rejected. Meanwhile, I had already paid the $19 fee. I really cannot recommend these scammers to anyone. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
Biggest scam on the internet, do not sign up. They charge you fee for nothing
DO NOT USE. I was charged but did not receive any call and after contacting support have still not recieved anything. This is a scam
Useless and time wasters. I requested appointment to ask for a referral for imaging. We already saw a gp yesterday who said it doesnt look like anything serious and sent us home with a cup for urine sample and movicol advised. Child has behaviour where she complains of stomach-ache once a day and also repeats what she sees in cartoons. Continence nurse thinks its conspitation and to give two different conspitation supplements for a week. For a peace of mind, i asked for an imaging referral, the doctor called and keep talking and talking unnecessarily and I had to ask him if he is going to give me a referral or not as I was bathing my children and the call went for too long unnecessarily. He was probably trying to prolong the appointment to charge for long consultancy. Claimed I should go to the hospital and get checked. She is fine otherwise, playing, no fever etc and been seen physically. I told him I cannot go sit in a hospital with 2 severe autistic children for 7 to 8 hours before being seen and nobody really sees my children and refuses their hospital referral as well. He couldn't even give me a referral. He should have just given me the referral and advised to go to the hospital if things get worse.
I'm pretty sure this website is a scam that I've unfortunately fallen victim to. Made an appointment and waited for a call that never came.It was created in Arizona, USA but gives building location information in Queensland, Australia. It asks for your Medicare card details and home address. The appointment 'booking' website/system is probably also a scam - Halaxy?
