Trash products! Horrible customer service! Never get this product! It doesn’t work they admit and they won’t help or replace the product! Or will they refund you for the yearly subscription

Fake offers
Fake offers , waste of time and money .On ebay "thinkcar official UK" fake offer on a car scanner and when paid and ordered the scanner , was supposed to arrive 2-3 days . After 2 weeks still not delivered and when sent to the seller to fix the problem and still need the scanner as nil asked for refund . They just refunded the money without even a reply ! Sound like shady company

Do not believe in shiny reviews on…
Do not believe in shiny reviews on YouTube. I purchased Mucar Bt200 Max, believing in promise of lifetime support and good quality. This product is complete junk. Not able to connect with cars ECU, never mind reading any faults and health reports. I tried 2 different Volvo cars with no result. Doesn't even find their VIN number and manual option doesn't work either. I'm very disappointed. But at least you can learn from my mistake and do not buy anything from this company.

Useless,
Paid for subscription as my previous had lapsed,followed a link on the app saying to renew now only to be told after purchase I would have to wait 3 days then they would get back to me with news,as I explained I would be contacting PayPal for a refund as I bought it for a current job I was on,they thought it was fine to mock me with emoji faces,so very poor customer service,shame because they used to be a good product

Received junk instead of scanner.
I purchased a Scanner directly from mythinkcar.com and received a box full of cheap Chinese junk instead of what I ordered. This is either a scam site or my scanner was stolen by the carrier of their choice.

Advertise 15 Maintenance functions and full scan and clear. This can't even do the basic. A cheap Temu scanner is better value

Beware!
I bought a tester online and as soon as start seeing videos about it I found out that you have to pay for a subscription every year, so I cancelled the order. They haven't responded to the email and shipped the product next day. Now I'll have to wait for it to arrive only to refuse it and I think ask for a charge back if they are so ignorant...
