There was a honest with my check up… yes they was honest with my check up. Tell me when to expect my papers and how long I’ll have to wait.

There was a honest with my check up that was helpful to me. They listen to my listen to me. They make sure I was comfortable escorting me to where I need to be then let me sit in the waiting room for hours so that’s more. That’s the most important thing to me. Thank you very much.

No need to worry

My concern when selecting Zing over other choices was the acceptability of this plan. It has been a smooth transition with no issues with any of my medications or doctor visits. Very pleased with my decision to switch to Zing.

Customer Service seems to be nonexistent.It was very hard to find a phone number.It is very hard to find the correct website to go to. I must say that your apps are excellent, which is the really the only way that I can communicate.

So far each time I have inaction with anyone from ,Zing it has been positive. They explained what the insurance would offer to me and so far it's been ok.

Everything is going fine except the…

Everything is going fine except the issues with my c-pap machine. I lost 150.00 in rental fees and I've got to turn in a basically new machine, go without one for a few weeks, then get the same exact machine again. I was going to turn in Monday the 9th of March. I've gotten dependent on it and it will mess me up till I get a new one.

I am STILL waiting for a supervisor to call. It was said and promised to me 4 times.I OFTEN have a difficult time understanding the representative.. Once, after saying excuse me, I don't understand you, I'm sorry?, and getting nowhere, he hung up on me.This is unacceptable.

Very bad experience

I called to try and get the balance on my Mastercard. The ones that I can use to buy healthy foods with. The person that answered, the phone would not, did not transfer me. Because she was trying to sign me up for something that I needed to pay for it and I did not want this person was very resistant to connecting me to the automated service so that I can find out my healthy foods ballot. So I hung up on him. I will never use the phone again. I went online and access my account that way. I think he was rude and this was uncalled for.

Zing overrides doctor orders

I went to have my blood glucose strips refilled and had to wait weeks before they would refill. The doctor wrote the prescription for two test a day and they said I only needed one test per day.In January I had my thyroid medicine a week before my doctor's appointment. The doctor determined my medicine was way to strong and Zing would not refill the new prescription until the old one was depleted.Zing did not cover a dental exam because it was performed on the day a crown was ordered.Today I got a automated message that one of my prescriptions was no longer covered. They did not say which one.I tried calling Zing and it impossible to talk to anyone other than the computer and then the computer does not understand.
