It was GROSS!
My family and I were expecting to have a fantastic weekend staying in this hotel, but it was ruined by our hotel room and hotel staff. When we got in the room, you can immediately smell that the floor stinks. Something moldy and moist, feels like bacteria all over so we requested to change to another room but they insisted that the hotel's fully booked and insisted on staying in the same room. It was GROSS!!
