Unreasonable 7-Day Cancellation Policy is unreasonable and disproportionate for a medical aesthetic service.I contacted your clinic to cancel the appointment provided over 48 hours’ notice. This is a commonly accepted and reasonable cancellation period within the UK healthcare and aesthetic industry.Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, contract terms must be fair, transparent, and reasonable. A 7-day cancellation requirement places an excessive burden on consumers and may be considered an unfair contractual term.2. Unreasonable and Excessive Cancellation Charge I was informed that cancelling the appointment would result in being charged the full treatment fee of £400.This charge is grossly disproportionate and does not reflect any genuine loss incurred by your clinic, particularly as:• Over 48 hours’ notice was given• The appointment could reasonably have been reallocated• No treatment or materials were usedCharging the full treatment cost in these circumstances appears punitive rather than compensatory, which is not permitted under UK consumer law.3. Unprofessional and Rude Conduct by StaffDuring my phone call to cancel, the receptionist’s attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.Most concerning was that the receptionist made a medical judgement, stating that my daughter “does not have a keloid scar.” This is wholly inappropriate, as reception staff are not medically qualified to make such assessments.4. Reason for Cancellation (Medical Grounds – Minor Patient)My daughter is 14 years old and developed a keloid scar following an ice-skating accident in August. After two laser treatments, there has been minimal improvement. Based on medical advice from a qualified doctor (my cousin, who treats keloid scars clinically), we decided it would be more appropriate at this stage to consult a dermatologist and consider steroid injections, which are widely recognised as a first-line treatment for keloid scars.Laser treatment may be suitable later (e.g. pulsed dye laser), but this service is not available at your clinic. The decision to cancel was made in the best medical interests of a minor, not lightly or irresponsibly.

The best skincare line I have ever used. I have been using it since March of this year. I have noticed a huge difference in my skin texture and skin health. My friend had bad reaction to lip scrub and hydro-screen. So did I and I cannot recommend this. I only used it a twice my lips started to peel away. My friends lips got nearly infected and she is still trying to heal them herself.

I’ve been blessed with good skin on my mother’s side. Just getting older I found my facial skin was losing its luster. It was still okay but I recognized the aging and dullness. I found these products at Costco.com and have been really happy with them. My friends have asked me what have I been doing for my face, because they tell me my skin glows and it hasn’t looked this great in years. I told them about Nassif. I’ve used less expensive products to extremely expensive - these serums and creams have been better than those. I highly recommend them. And, no, I don’t have the skin of my 20’s and 30’s, but I’m happy with the results at 68. Thanks for your products.

There should be a half star option for business like this. Their customer support number only rings and goes to voice mail. After leaving a message with my order number and phone number they returned a reply via email. An email which seems to only work one way. Horrible customer support. As far as their products, just as bad hence why I am trying to reach out to them. Stay away. Very bad ongoing experience.

Great products but can't give it a 5 its....expensive and didn't do what I needed it to do, I have flaky areas inside my nose bridge up my eye lid, my nose is flaky and chin area after 3 weeks of using the night set it calmed some of it just a little bit. I didn't use any exfoliating products from him. The facial wash, serum & nightwear and eye cream. Bought it twice in hopes it would cure the flakyness!
