Currently talking to them now after making the deposit that they were a little slow with communication, but I will update you moving forward. Update as of March 10, 2026After giving me four extra fees, total to $1220 I explained to them how I would just like a refund because I did not utilize anything that was given only book cover design. The person that I was talking to got rude and impatient about me not paying in requesting a refund so he stopped communicating with me and then I contacted Two Penn center building, where they all located, and turns out they there isn’t a company by this name that is there. Also, their number is not a number you will just be on hold (I was on hold for two hours). Hopefully, you can read this and understand that these individuals are scammers if not best of luck to you. I have reported them to IC3, but if anybody else can report them, that would be great.

ITS A SCAM, look at all the 5 star reviews they are conveniently from 2025 even though they have been in business for years. I lost out on 722$ CAD and got nothing out of it. DO NOT USE THEM. When I first reached out in May 2025, their communication was excellent and I felt very hopeful. I paid my deposit of $499 USD (about $759 CAD) and was assigned a project manager. Sadly, from that point on, the process went downhill. The designs provided for my book looked very unprofessional for being done by professionals, and despite giving feedback, nothing improved. I was switched from one project manager to another several times, but the quality stayed the same. See an example of designs below.Out of frustration, I requested a refund. Instead, I was convinced to give one more project manager a chance. Unfortunately, that person soon left, I was told he did as the company was not doing well. I again asked for a refund, and was promised in 10-15 buisness days, which I agreed to.The very next day I was told a completely different story—that he was actually on medical leave. I also found it concerning that while every other email I had sent was received, the email where I clearly requested a refund was “never received.” And 2 weeks later a new project manager never knew This and wanted to finish the book. I still have not been given the refund I was promised, and I am very concerned that I may have lost my money.I lost my money, we can't get to them no one answers emails phone calls etc. This is Dec 2025 at this point

I have no clue how they have received such high praise. It was over a month and Brandon had said everything was being published which turned out to be a lie! Then they passed me on to Veronica Travis who has been nothing but horrifying! Finally when I said to just give my money back Veronica messages me with excuses and more excuses and then says that they did up my book for review and if I didn't like it then they'd give me back my money. Once I finally received the copy it was horrible! There was blank pages, spelling errors, inch long gaps between words and they took out my pictures! When I said that I would fix it and then send them back the revised copy I wanted to make sure it was still going into Amazon Kindle and Barnes and Noble like it states on the website. She then told me that no it would only be on Amazon. I did finally receive my money back and hope that it was just bad luck that I had and others have a better experience.

Signed a contract thru Amazon as this is who they use. Spoke twice with a Project Mgr twice. They looked at a ‘portion’ of my book and when I first emailed them back, I was told that Project Mgr was on an unplanned leave. When I asked for a call back, I received nothing. I called to request total refund and was told it would be input & I would receive confirmation call back in 24 hours. That didn’t happen either. When I called them, I was on hold for over 45 minutes before hanging up. Tried chatting with online help and still awaiting any confirmation of refund!!! I think this company is a SCAM!
