DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
If I could, I'd give this company zero stars. They provided me with used and faulty goods and refused to communicate with me when I returned the goods. They simply returned them to me with no communication and ignored all of my subsequent emails.In the lead up there was an extensive exchange of emails and I sent photos and a video illustrating the damage and photos. The person I spoke to with my original complaint was extremely rude and refused to discuss it. Thankfully, all other communication was by email meaning that I had all the proof I needed to claim my money back from my credit card company.I wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering as there have been others who experienced similar issues on Google and Trustpilot. Although I got my credit card money back, I am still out of pocket because of the costs involved in returning the goods, and a plumbers bill.

**AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS!!!** 1 STAR IS TOO MANY FOR THE DIRE SERVICE WE’VE RECEIVED..PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF ALL THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS, THEY’RE VERY ACURATE TO THIS COMPANY!!!.So fast to take your money then stop all communication when they’ve caused massive problems (leaking toilet flooded my bathroom because it hasn’t been glazed correctly or is cracked inside!). No longer answering emails. Rudest attitude over the phone also. Whoever Pat is, he should be sacked for his unprofessional customer service! .After the faulty toilet they sold us caused the flood, they’re now unwilling to take blame! We are now waiting for this issue to be resolved, it’s holding the whole thing from being completed by our insurance. Absolutely unacceptable! Now going through the small claims courts to get our money back!!

Dreadful experience.
Returned a toilet seat as not fit for purpose, for a refund. Pat said it never arrived. I have WRITTEN PROOF that it DID arrive as quoted. He is implying that Royal Mail are lying.

Poor customer service, misleading staff and dishonest sales approach.
Terrible experience from start to finish. I contacted this company as we had a shell pink bathroom suite which the basin got cracked during some repair work. They advised to send photos and they would send me one similar, only once I had paid, my confirmation said “special order replacement basin” apparently now they will not offer a refund as the basin is made to special order!? Not once did I ask for this nor did they say that by ordering it; a refund would not be allowed, we have had further issues with the bathroom and now need an entirely new suite so I wished to return the basin and get a refund. Charging £400 for a basin is extortionate enough. Save yourselves the hassle and avoid this cowboy trampy company at all costs. Lying, stealing, misleading sales people.

Beware if ordering anything from this company
I ordered a toilet pan, cistern and toilet seat from this company and it’s been a really bad experience.I wish I had read the previous reviews before ordering from them. I paid £685 for a toilet and £182 for a toilet seat. The toilet arrived with a chip at the back. I never received an invoice for the toilet seat and it looked the same as and was made of the same materials as the one in Argos, solid wood and chrome. The one in Argos was £150 cheaper at £30. Now Pat is telling me I can’t return it as he had it especially made for that toilet. It was very much overpriced, it did not come in a box just some brown cardboard stuck around it with tape. If this was especially made it would come in a box, with paperwork and a guarantee. Despite him saying I have 1 year guarantee with it, in reality how could I have if I never received an invoice for it. Regarding the chip on the toilet he said when it was fitted to the wall the chip would not be visible so it didn’t matter that it turned up with a chip on it. Any professional company would have sold it as seconds as he said it was quality checked before leaving their premises so they were aware of this before sending it out. As stated on the previous reviews this company is very far from professional and has taught me a lesson to look at reviews before ordering anything online.

Lies and unprofessional
I messaged this company through ebay and the website @Nationwidediscontinuedbathrooms.co.uk about a replacement discontinued toilet in whisper by Karat and Qualitas.Pat the member of staff of that said it is available at £650 and I asked him could he email photos so I know it is the correct toilet I am buying, he said he'd happily email photos, since then nothing, this was 2 weeks ago and when I continue to message or email the company, they ignore, they clearly don't know their stuff and they most likely don't have the required items to hand anyway.Don't waste your time with this over priced website.

Nationwide Discontinued Bathrooms
Nationwide Discontinued Bathrooms, Barnsley.The worst online company I have ever dealt with. Ordered and paid in full for a bathroom hand basin on 03 July 2019. Despite numerous phone calls, emails - a cancelled delivery and promises by Pat (male) to re-deliver, this business has failed to honour my order. They never return calls!Be claiming my refund in the small claims court, seeking court fees and costs. Following judgment, I will send in the bailiffs. That might just make them focus.
