Maria was very helpful and understanding. I was flummoxed with the dosage info not realizing that the strength of the medicine increases in each successive vial. That meant i continue with a .5ml injection, as the medicine gets stronger. I was incorrect in thinking I needed more product. And, what i never had expected or experienced with an on- line company is that after some texts between us, Maria called me at home to make sure i understood. Thank you Maria, I so appreciate the care.

Only lost 3 pounds in 3 months, the medication doesn't look how the show in the pictures. It comes in a plastic container with a different lable from a dr. I told them I want to cancel the order because isn't working and not tho ship. They still did and got charged. Idk now what to do with all of that medication. I lost money and I didn't lose weight I was expecting I don't recommend this company. Find another one. It is weird that it didn't work I should take it to my Dr. And get it checked.

It took approximately 24 hours to return the response BUT Novah was very responsive and accommodating. There’s many options out there but I’m staying where I am!
