John Rather is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained all my options in detail. Working through the Medicare “red tape” would have been impregnable, but Mr. Rather navigated me through it effortlessly.

Nyla was professional & knowledgeable
Nyla was very courteous, knowledgeable & listened to me about what I needed in an affordable medicare plan since I am on a fixed income. When I text her a question, she got back to me a timely manner. I worked in HR at Quaker Oats Co. in benefits for years & took excellent care of the employees during benefit enrollment by ensuring they had the information they needed to make a wise choice. I was pleased to get this care from Nyla.

great experience with nyla alcala. found me a plan with the physicians i needed and changing my plan from one i could no longer afford to a great PPO. she took care of everything. painless experience for me. answered every question i had.

Great Experience!
Great Experience!John was highly recommended to me by a friend. He has been very helpful in the process of getting insurance for after my retirement. He kind and patient and available at any time. I now feel confident that everything will proceed well with my insurance after retirement. Don't try to figure the mess that is medicaid out on your own! Contact Navigate Medicare for great customer service- so incredibly rare these days!!!!

Selina was very helpful in making sure that I purchased the correct policy for my insurance needs. She made sure that my current medical providers were in the network, so that we would not have to change doctors. She was very helpful in the application process both for Medicare, and the Medicare advantage policy.
