Great Customer Service
My beautiful flower plugs arrived on time as ordered, however 2 flats of marigolds were in very poor condition, having many broken stems and several had fallen out of their trays. I contacted NC farms customer service, sent photos of the damaged plugs and they were wonderful about addressing the issue and making it right by replacing what was lost. This is our 4th year doing business with this company, and I highly recommend them..

Shipping issue
Similar to last year, the plants arrived somewhat damaged. This year was much better than last year, but there were still around 30 to 40 plants in my order that were damaged/won't make it.

I always love North Carolina Farm plants and their customer service. However, the last 2 times shipping has been an issue and part of the plants have been broken and tossed out of the trays.

Bad Shipping
Plugs were out of the tray and crushed against each other. Many of the plants I received were missing the entire top of the plant (it was loose in the box) or was smashed. Plugs had come out of the liner they were in. I’m assuming this was in regards to the individuals who handling the shipping portion, but all the boxes were labeled with “live plants” and arrows pointing up. Paying a freight fee and receiving dead/damaged plants is not okay.
