We booked this for 3 consecutive cruises on the Valor in October/November. Directions were easy to follow on the day we arrived. We checked into the garage, parked on the roof level, took the elevator down to the ground floor and within 10 minutes our shuttle had our bags loaded and we were en-route to the ship. Upon our return to port, we were off the ship by 0655 and loaded in the waiting shuttle by 0710. By far the easiest process for any off site parking that we have ever used!

This is our 2nd time to New Orleans. The first time there we didn't have a clue what we were doing or where to go. We stopped to ask direction and was fortunate to meet Nati at the Fulton garage. She is so kind and helpful. Every trip thus far we contact her and park are truck at Fulton Garage. We never have to worry about our vehicle it is always safe. We would never have thought to park there if it wasn't for Nati's kindness and guidance. We look forward to seeing our friend every trip we make. You have a great employee. I love the convenience of the garage!! However this time my car was broke in to. I feel like we pay for security as well as convenience. My car was ransacked and my bottles of meds I didn't take on the ship were taken..... no controlled substances, thankfully!!

Very Poor Reservation System and Terrible Phone Help System
When I tried to make a reservation for the Fulton Street garage in downtown New Orleans, LA, the system at one point would not accept my email address as valid, and at another time would not accept my phone number as valid. When I clicked submit reservation, I got a message that there was some problem, yet I saw the receipt pop up in my email. However, I saw that I had accidentally entered the wrong arrival time. When I tried to change the reservation, I could not figure out if I was simply changing the existing reservation or accidentally creating a new one. Your telephone system was no help, because there was no way at all to talk to a person, not even the opportunity to hit a button and get a recorded message. The only option offered was to leave a message.

the price was high amd layout was poor…
the price was high amd layout was poor ,leaving the location was a mess , no clear cut direction cars coming and blocking cars trying to get out . Also elevators were broken and floors not marked well , need to paint floor number on all poles of parking gagage . people were tieing up evelators going from 1 floor to 6 floor and back to the 3 floor lots of wasted time . Iam helping you and your next customers nothing in this for me .

If you want to wait for an hour to get…
If you want to wait for an hour to get a shuttle back to your car and have to drive through a tiny cramped and dirty parking lot with a stairwell that smells like a port-o-potty. This is the place for you. Furthermore while we were waiting from 9:15am in the wind and cold, we called about at the shuttle at 10:30 and was basically called a liar by the person on the phone stating he didn't believe we were waiting 45 minutes. This made us late for our scheduled departure time from the garage, luckily they didn't try to charge us more for the late departure, if I go on a cruise from there again I'll pay the extra for terminal parking.

The page acted like it had an error with my purchase and so I went thru again but then noticed it actually had a reservation. Now I think I have 2 for the same time because I got two reservation numbers in two different emails....??

Didn't get a confirmation receipt for parking but they charged my account. Can't get anyone on the phone. The links don't work to begin a chat. Unable to cancel reservation because that link doesn't work either

The application presented an error…and then double booked me
The application presented an error indicating I needed to complete my account information after I had put in my payment info. It double-charged and made me two identical reservations. Refund process was quick so upgraded my review.

Easy to use
Easy to use, however, when I completed my transaction I received and error message that said "Try Again." I doubled checked my profile and my paid reservation was there. If I had started over and tried a second time, I would have been charged twice. This is a glitch that needs to be fixed ASAP!
