I absolutely loved the interview! I felt so comfortable talking with Agustina. She shared a lot about Nexton, the role, and even about herself, and we had such a great conversation. I felt at ease sharing my dreams, what I enjoy most as a designer, and I believe I managed to show a bit of my personality too. It is great to partner with Nexton
It has been a great experience to hire through Nexton. The strength of our Software Engineering hires has been phenomenal (40% of our core team is from Nexton, from South America). They have made critical contributions to our success as a startup (we're US based, fully remote). Nexton's recruiting and account representatives are professional and responsive. Tuning the profiles to make the hires took a bit longer than anticipated in some cases, but it worked out. We are happy to continue our partnership with Nexton!
