Small things matter too!

What made my experience great is the way that they handled and cared my belongings and had an amazing fast paced with moving things. The company does well with communication. I’m someone that’s very big on communication and they made sure I knew everything that was going on from pick up to drop off. I am very pleased with my move from Indiana to Texas. Mr. Eddy was great at answering all my questions and concerns. Keep up the good job guys.

The booking had it's good points

The booking had it good points. I didn't think k it appropriate to have an estimate increased by more that 50% due to viewing pics on items that had already been included in the initial estimate.Additional charges ($200+) for bulky items is the equivalent of being charged twice for the same item. I would have looked elsewhere, or requested differently had i known the shipment was going to be stored prior to delivery. Never again

This company’s rep Alex Connors is a liar and thief. I gave the Alex a deposit but I could not do the move due to an unforeseen cost that came up. They started bad mouthing me and they took the deposit and then said they weren’t going to help me after I asked him if he was a scammer. This company is a fraudulent company do not use this company if you want to do business with an honest company they are rotten and so was the lady I spoke to the next day. No where during the course of ANY conversation did he tell me that the deposit was not refundable only after I told him that I couldn’t do the move did he start back peddling. Next stop if you keep on with the defamation of my name at least get your story straight first then at least be respectful and last do not lie about me and say I said so many horrible things. I’m gonna sue you for defamation of character and I’m gonna take you to court for threatening me and stealing my money.

It really should be a zero star

It really should be a zero star. This company is crooked. We had such a horrible experience it was sickening. The salesperson Jim Cummings told us something completely different then the movers that came. We had a contract from Next Stop Relocation and when the movers came the Contract was under OT Movers and Storage. When they arrived they already broke the contract with arriving with 2 men and a 16ft truck for a 4 bedroom house, the original contract was for 4 men for 8 hours and when the other 2 man arrived they were told they were working for 3 hours instead of 8 hours. Also was told not to work so quickly to basically milk the time so it would take longer to stick us with more fees. The job was never finished and they only worked 6 hours, when it shoukd have been 8 hours.We could not get anything resolved. Spoke with many people however Noone helped us and/or return calls. We paid in full for a service that was not completed and had to hire a whole nother moving company to complete the job. Spoke with Mike aka Yeshua who stated he was the General Mgr and kept telling us that we were going to have to pay more for another 8 hour service the following day to finish the job. Spoke to Mo from Texas that claimed to be the Owner and he never returned our call. Spoke to Katie who claimed to be a dispatcher/customer service who also did not return our calls. They are all dishonest people. Stay away from this Company and they claimed to be Veteran Owned. We are a military family and a Veteran to Veteran world never treat each other this way. Again Scam Artist and Crooks!!!!!

Big screen TV was cracked

When I went to start up my 55 in big screen TV it has a big Crack at the bottom of the screen. Absolutely not OK. I will be seeking this to be replaced 100%.The lead mover spent more time on his phone than moving. I was paying by the hour..

No help!

They seemed like very nice, honest people. I spoke to several movers before deciding on this one. Unfortunately on the day of the move there was a driver and a truck. The poor fellow had no help. We waited another day. Still no help for this man; I am moving an entire 3 bedroom home! I ended up hiring people from where I was to help. Then, of course, no help when we got to our destination. I knew no one at this destination. I hired people off of FB to help us. I spoke to many people at the company during this time. I also made many unanswered attempts to call. I text repeatedly. 2 days after the original move day here this driver and I are with the help I personally have hired moving the entire household. The company calls me and stated that as I lived in a rural area they were unable to hire help. I asked them how they did not know this until I was actually moving. They said they just found out. I do give them a bit of credit for taking a bit of $ off the price; not as much as I had to pay people out of my pocket though. The driver (it was his first time working for them) was also very disappointed in the company and does not plan to work for them again as far as I know. The driver was an amazing and extremely hard working man. Other than him I truly was nothing but disappointed in a "national company".

It was suppose to be a three man team.. floor damaged

It was suppose to be a three man team. Driver arrives. One helper. He walks off. Big gash in the master bedroom hard floor after moving the king size metal frame. He points to it as I was responsible. Now the owners are keeping my $2,300 deposit. Plus, this move cost $1,000 for one person. Also, I felt sorry for him. So, I even helped him move furniture. Couch, love seat, king size bed, two desks and less than 10 boxes. I filled a 20' Uhaul the night before with studio gear and things I prefer to move myself. Fragile. Expensive.

Terrible

Zero. Horrible terribleIf want to be mislead- they says yes to your questions and do the opposite. If you want possessions to go missing and somethings broken that were marked fragile - your boxes to be gone thru .and held in another state for up to a month instead of being delivered as requested - this is for u!! When the truck arrives to pickup your items they upcharge you 60% on top of the price you were guaranteed, not to change by rep named angel!! They were hired to pick up and deliver 150 boxes n one room plus 12 pieces of assorted furniture 2801.00. Price guaranteed will pick up and deliver 5-7 days! When the truck arrived it was new truck i had added 25 more boxes that i discussed at the time Of booking - with angel!!!! As i Still had a few things to pack those 12X12 boxes i was told are included. when the TRUCKERS arrived before they even looked at my things i was informed it would cost me 1825.00 extra !!!!!!! I told them price was guaranteed- no they said next stop gave me a price that is not guaranteed . I was told i forfeit deposit or pay them new state trucking the money to deliver your things - stupid us ——we ran to bank got the postal money order they demand and paid them we wanted our things delivered the next week. When i spoke to next stop i made it clear pick and deliver i did not want my items stored or combined with other orders- again was guarantee by next stop - they would pick up from mass an deliver to so carolina in 5-7 days. This never happened in the 6th day we started cull both next stop and new state to find out what time to meet truck!! Nothing- no calls back - we left messages everyday a few times a day!! To next stop- angel and to Moussa the driver / owner for New State who took my items all communication went silent — no one did returned call’s almost a month went by - then got a call meet the truck at storage bring the money within the hour.. We rush down to meet they demand we pay them first and sign papers that are third party copy u cannot read the words or numbers for each item they put ticket on - some had two tickets they charged for each!! The form u sign says you are guaranteeing all items are accountable and in tact- huh. I told moussa i need to see my things - he and his helper started dropping running back n forth boxes stacked six high in rapid speed after i signed this delivery!!!!the unit was 85 steps from truck Moussa wanted mire money to take items iff truck and put i. Unit. We had no cash on us - my husband ran to atm to pay him more. As i checked the boxes i found were torn Damaged the fragile ones had huge dents in boxes you can hear glass brokenI had an electric carpet sweeper only received bottom half. Still missing severall boxes pictures tax papers various electronics cookbooks i wroteFamily recipes. All gone!! I had a yellow snd white stripped box it was on the truck i told Moussa that is my box - no he said it belongs to the next customer whose items were also on truck sn lives 35 from my stop in myrtle besch! No that is my box i persisted nope he refused ti give it to me- it was a Wii system. I asked for the other half of my sweeper nope thats all your getting. I called snd requested to ask the other customer for my things - pictures and books nope not returning calls again. I reported it to next stop sgsin no they refuse to return calls i put a claim in i did 8 weeks ago. Still nothings!! I looked uo the trucking its company in a small warehouse in new jersey connected to a gas station- found out after they took my things pickup All complaints to Next Stop are answered with AI responses. All blaming customer for price hike and dismissing claims of missing and damaged items . Currently i am still missing boxes of pictures of family members cookbooks and dvds and tax returns. I would never ever ever hire them to move LINT!

So please beware

So please beware. This company’s family consists of every nationality that you could think of. And I say this because I never spoke to the same person from the moment I made my deposit. My experience was the most devastating, Stressful, and unpleasant experience I’ve ever had dealing with the company. The lack of compassion and concern really bothered me. Don’t believe the hype when they say that it’s not a broker because the company that picked my items up was a different company and then the company that delivered my stuff was also from a different company. If they don’t own the trucks and you talk to the specific same people going and coming or coming and going this is not what they say it is. The fine print is an exaggeration. My items weren’t all taken because my items were on another truck with other people stuff which I wasn’t aware of not knowing that someone could possibly have Roaches, bedbugs, or anything else of the sort. Then to find out that my items were taken off of a truck stored put on another truck and transporter is how I finally figured that this is why some of my items were delivered damaged. TV broken dishes, broken TV stand dented ETC. By the time it was all said and done, and I was also threatened with having to pay additional money just for them to bring my items down the hallway because the freight elevator was closed and they didn’t arrive at the time that they said they would Totally took me to another level. I will never use this company ever again and I truly don’t recommend this company to anyone, and I’m not just saying this because of my experience, but I’m saying it because of the fact that once they got my deposit, no one returned my phone calls, I had to do all the contacting and even when this whole situation could’ve been avoided after I sent in the photos, no one still contacted me. Totally disappointed.

The worst service ever

The worst service ever. First they changed the time and date then we agreed on another date to accommodate a truck “mechanical issue”. Customer service was unresponsive for most part. I even sent photos and a rundown of items that I have mostly boxes up myself but never got an acknowledgement nor a reply. The estimate had it down for 2 men over 3 hours. Only one driver did most of the moving. He arrived at 230pm but only started work at 315pm all the way till 530pm when he had help arrive. They finished at 630pm. When we got to Katy, the invoice came out to 6hrs which I refused to pay then they brought it down to 5hrs. Aside from that, they did not pack our mattresses at all and loaded them bare into the truck. They were rushing to unload and were not careful with the items. Be wary of who they assign to you coz it seems like they outsource the service and have no control over quality. Never hiring this service again.

no one listened to what i wanted to move. no job was done by this company i needed at least 6 people to move swim spa. 2 showed up with a moving van i want my money back. i called left message.

This is not how Veteran owned businesses should act!

Last week, I contacted the company off of a Facebook ad to help arrange moving my family. The company claimed to be veteran-owned so I sent the deposit and scheduled a full pack and move November 1st, 2025, to arrive between 9a-12p. The team they sent did not show up until 2:30p for an 8 hour job. Immediately they began complaining about how much there was, that it wasn’t packed, and started shoving whatever they could grab into trash bags, including a glass lamp. The final straw for their behavior was when they attempted to Saran-Wrap a shelf with the electronics and other loose items still on it. I stopped the man and told him that wasn’t how my items were going to be loaded, and asked him to remove and pack the loose items, then place the shelf on the truck. He blew me off and loaded the table anyway. I told him to stop and to take my items back off the truck and leave, which they eventually did while making rude comments, and ridiculing us for not letting them mishandle our belongings. Initially, customer service reached out and agreed that the situation was unacceptable and ensured they would get the situation resolved and refund my deposit. Since that call, getting anyone on the phone or to not hang up on me has been impossible. This morning, someone finally responded. At first, they tried to say they were part of a different company and couldn’t help, then that they were indeed the same company, but a different department, then tried to blame me for the service not being carried out. They have 3 different names for the company and 3 different urls. The company only had to do one thing: schedule a safe, reliable, and professional team to pack and move my household. Instead, they were unprofessional, lazy, rude, discourteous, and haphazard. The only thing I requested was the return of the deposit I made since they failed to connect me with a moving company that was able to accomplish the task. They are refusing, blaming me for sending the team away.

Will share how bad this experience was…

Will share how bad this experience was on my tiktok channel. Long story short, they took my deposit, was supposed to do the move at 8am. They got there at 10:30pm. They tacked on an additional $1700+ in fees (including stair fees when I told them I was on the 2nd floor). I am preparing to legally fight for my deposit back. Those that scammed me included: Jim Cummings, Alex Connor, Amanda, and Ahmed. I was moving out of the Sacramento area. Call Pack ‘n Load movers instead!
