Great carefree experience
Brian from Nexus told me I would have a positive experience. I had an AWSOME experience. Easy and carefree. Great communication from Nexus and the driver transport who picked up the car. He was also very professional and hope to get him again. It didn't start out great with a different carrier though. They gave me a great price. Then 3 days later called and said they could pick up tomorrow for $267 more. I said I'll stick with the original and the guy just hung up on me. That's when I cancelled them and called Nexus and spoke with Brian. They picked up the next day and had at my son's house in Florida less than 48 hours later. I paid just a few dollars more, but it was well worth it and still paid much less than the bait and switch price from the other carrier. I won't say who the other carrier was but if you feel lucky, you can go with someone other than Nexus.

We had an excellent experience with Nexus Auto Transport. Our work truck broke down in Glenwood Springs, and since the repairs were under warranty in Englewood, we needed fast and reliable transport. Nexus Auto came through with the cheapest rates we found from Glenwood to Englewood (A-Affordable) and made the whole process completely hassle-free.Ace, our initial coordinator, was professional and clear from the start. Aaron in dispatch kept everything organized and on schedule, and Sergio from support was easy to reach and very helpful with updates. Communication was smooth the entire time.Pickup and delivery were fast, and they handled everything efficiently so we could focus on getting our truck repaired. Nexus Auto Transport did exactly what they said they would. The drivers were polite, communicated clearly, and showed up on time for both pickup and delivery. The vehicle was shipped across the country without issue and arrived on schedule in the same condition it left in. They were also very courteous to the receiving party. I never utilized a transport company before but won’t hesitate to use Nexus again. I requested a few quotes online. Nexus was the cheapest yet rated the best. I filled out all pertinent information including a contact person at the dealership, then received a phone call from Nexus to finalize transport. I received an e mail shortly after with an estimate of pick up and delivery. Within a couple hours I received notice from my dealer that my truck was picked up. Within an hour after that I received an email with an ETA for delivery. Two hours before delivery I received a phone call confirming delivery time. Stated they would call again within 15 minutes of delivery. I received a phone call stating they would be at my house in 15 minutes, the original ETA! Nexus saved me over six hours of my time, (over three hours away each way) and gas. I couldn’t have picked up my truck for any cheaper.

Nexus gave me a locked in price and pickup window, called on final day to tell me it will be two days late and $400 more. They will not cover any difference even though they locked in a price with me.

Great experience with Nexus Transportation again! This is the 2nd time I’ve used Nexus and just like 1st it went super smoothly with no hassle at all. DO NOT USE NEXUS CARE TRANSPORT
I scheduled a pickup for 1/1 or 1/2/2026. I called every day starting 12/31 trying to confirm the pickup.Everyone who answered the phone read the same script, " we are working with the dispatchers to locate a driver we will call you back". Final on 1/5 they "found" a driver. The original quote was for $1,105, but the NEW price was $1,650 (a 50% increase). After pickup on 1/6/2026 the car finally arrived in Florida on 1/11/2026. The entire process was a lie, lowball pricing and make-believe schedules. Do NOT use this company.

Terrible experience with this company no-show
Terrible experience with this company. Booked two-three weeks ahead of move date. Gave them a three day window. They assured me they had carriers to assign. Never heard anything. Followed up first day of the window - generic reply they were "working hard, and a carrier will be assigned". Followed up again at the end of the second day. Same generic reply. The third day they called offering a driver the following day - outside of the window, when I explicitly said would be too late. I had to leave the state and leave my car behind all because of the lack of communication.I would advise avoiding this company at all costs.
