Our experience with Noble Travels was very smooth. There was constant communication with out agent Ayaz. The hotel accommodation and transportation were all seemless. Would definitely be working with them in the future.
I would like to sincerely thank Ayaz from Noble Travels for his outstanding support. He worked with me from the very beginning while I was traveling to perform Umrah with my wife and daughter, and he was consistently helpful, very professional, and reliable. Ayaz was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and closely track everything, which made a potentially stressful journey much easier. I truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism and highly recommend working with him.

Alhumdulillah Noble Travels is an excellent agency . They are extremely patient and understanding and they are the most reasonably priced agency I’ve come across which is why I’ve decided to book with them. Ahmad was a great help the whole way and made everything easy for me. Currently on my way to Umrah and praying that this agency finds more success. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!
I strongly advise against booking with Noble Travels.Our experience in both Makkah and Medina was extremely disappointing and poorly handled.In Makkah, we paid for Queen rooms at what was presented as a five-star property within the Safwah complex. Upon arrival, we were placed in a different tower than expected and given rooms with two single beds instead of the confirmed configuration. The “solution” offered was to push the single beds together — which is not the same as providing the room type we paid for. The air conditioning was also not functioning properly. We were repeatedly told a solution was being worked on, but nothing meaningful was done.The same issue occurred in Medina. We booked two rooms with two double beds in each. Instead, we were told we had been “upgraded” to a suite that consisted of one king bed and a pull-out sofa in a living room. This effectively reduced our sleeping arrangements while they refused to refund the second room we had paid for.Throughout the process, responses felt scripted and dismissive rather than solution-oriented. What was confirmed and paid for was simply not delivered.If you value clarity, transparency, and receiving the room category you actually book, I recommend choosing a different agency.Avoid Noble Travels.
