⚠️ Be careful with the “satisfaction / money-back guarantee”.I bought several products trusting that policy. The products didn’t work for me and actually made my skin worse, and when I asked for a refund within the timeframe it was denied with conditions that were never clearly stated when buying.If you’re not 100% sure about the products, think twice before purchasing.

I was very worried at first because when I first ordered i did not receive a confirmation email but I email customer support at Norse organics they got back to me turns out I typed in my email address wrong but they sent me a tracking number so I could track my package anyway and it got here so fast. Last night was my first time using the acne killer system I liked how comfortable it was on the skin also like how calm my skin looked this morning and that’s with a night of no sleep was up all night with a sick kid usually I wake up with at least three little itchy white heads in the am but not this morning plus my skin is not all red and swollen I’m still skeptical but definitely hoping the results are real and permanent.
I had dermatitis on my skin and I was getting major red flare ups. Then I switched to only NORSE products- nothing else at all. And it is completely clear !!!!! I am so amazed. It is the only thing that has worked!!!!! I have truly tried every organic line of products.

Customer service was really great. I was outside of the return window because I misunderstood the policy and they were very nice and helpful and they gave me a refund, which I really appreciated.
The products work great. I was easily able to adjust my subscription and only renew what I know will actually be used,[my daughter struggles with the wash powder], was surprised to see new offerings but always struggled with other providers how to apply offerings to my subscription. I reached out to customer support recieved a quick turnaround on the reply and adjustment to my order. The service was friendly and the turnaround time was more than satisfactory.

I started using Norse Organics 4 months ago and by troubled skin has never been happier. I have fewer breakouts and faster healing. Also, my pores appear smaller and I don’t need any makeup. I’ll admit I haven’t really noticed any change in dark spots or wrinkles but that could be subtle shifts that I can’t really see.
They have a great support team. My order got messed up, they handled it so nicely!

I struggled with adult acne my whole adult life and thought I finally found a solution. Unfortunately my experience was far from good since it didn’t calm down my acne but clogged my pores even more. I’m very unhappy, since it really doesn’t hold its promise.
I’m very disappointed with my experience with this company and their customer service.I purchased their acne treatment for my son on December 21, 2025. He followed the instructions exactly as directed, but unfortunately we saw no improvement. On January 25, 2026, I cancelled the subscription and requested a refund.Customer service responded asking that we give the product one more month, explaining that it can sometimes take longer to see results. We agreed and continued using the product at their request.By February 25 there was still no improvement, so I contacted them again to request the refund. At that point they told me the two-month refund window had passed and refused to honor the refund.Technically the timeline had passed — but only because we followed their recommendation to keep using the product longer before requesting the refund again. It feels very misleading to encourage a customer to wait and then use that delay as the reason to deny the refund.We acted in good faith and followed their instructions. Unfortunately, the company did not extend that same good faith in return. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from them again.

I have purchased so many products to help my daughter. Within the past few years she has had issues with her skin. I read all about the products and was sold on the money back guarantee because nothing shows confidence in one's product like a money back guarantee. She has been using it for a few weeks now and I was nervous to ask because the others had been so disappointing but this morning I saw a picture of her and could not believe her skin. I told her so and she said she never expected it to work this fast and this well. Her friend asked her what she has been using because of how good her skin looked so she pulled up the website to show her. This is truly a remarkable product that I am so happy to have found!

After doing my homework on the product and company, comparing it to a few other high profile options available to men of my age, I am excited to use their bundled line and see the results over a period of time. I'm a pretty savvy and picky consumer, especially when it comes to personal care products and doing business with good companies who care about service and the results their customers experience from their products. I believe Norse Organics and their skin care line to be a standout in this space and one able to share genuine success stories of how their products have been making a difference in the skin and self-esteem of anyone who has struggled with acne or chronic skin care issues. I guess you could say I've become a raving fan and would encourage anyone trying to find a good skin care line that perhaps isn't just "mainstream" but makes a real difference in the look and condition of their face, to take the leap and try Norse Organics.
The product didn't work at all for my daughter, infact, at times during the process it got worse.Received an email asking us to upload before photos, but with nowhere to up load. Emailed the company asking for further details to ensure the guarantee was valid but did not receive a reply The 3 months has now passed, no skin improvement, still no response from the company despite a follow up email.Really, really poor customer service. No skin solution. No refund. No response to emails.
