Good mattress so far. Was a little worried when it came out of the box, but it inflated to a satisfactory size. For our purposes, it is for a special needs child and the fact that it still needed 48 hours after delivery to fully inflate was a little frustrating. Maybe that was in the literature, but it was a tough realization for a child eager to sleep in their new bed. Otherwise, product is great!
We needed a new mattress for a older model surgical stretcher. The manufacturer had discontinued all items for it due to its age. Josh Thomas provided amazing assistance and was very quick to respond in locating the correct mattress for our stretcher. We received it timely and packaged nicely. Highly recommend.
We have been so happy with our 17 year old bed from Verlo. Still feels wonderful after all these years. I just purchased another bed for the guest bedroom. I was not excited about the comfort level so Verlo picked up the bed and making it to meet my qualifications with an extra amount of money. I am very pleased. Service is excellent. I really like Sam. He is easy to work with.

Gives firm but supple support. It adjusts to your body’s shape and weight then molds to you to give you the support you need. I like it and recommend it.

RV Elite Premium mattressUsed on a 4 day camping trip. The mattress is a little soft for me but the wife was happy. At 180lbs. I found the mattress just about right when laying on my back but I tend to sleep on my side and it didn’t give enough support under my hip/shoulder areas. The cover appears to be high quality but we noticed it didn’t lay flat after use. This didn’t affect our sleep, just an appearance thing. Love that the mattress is USA made and that it doesn’t have a fiberglass liner.
Mattress came as expected, processing was fast and delivery was on time,
Very nice matrass, the firmness and cover was as described. Additionally the cover is made of a durable material and either side can be up which I only expect will lengthen the life. I don't think you would find better in the price range.
We had a great experience shopping online. When we emailed our concerns the response was quick and reassuring. Thank you so much for a great mattress! Our special needs son is sleeping much better now.
I bought three of your wonderful mattresses, one RV queen and two residential mattress, a queen and a twin. I love the flipper 12 inch thick mattress and hope you manufacture a new line of even better memory foam mattresses to once again carry the FLIPPER line. Our autistic daughter can now finally have a bed. We went through so many regular mattresses due to incontinence. We did try several waterproof mattress covers with no luck. So we switched to an air mattress because it was cheaper and also because of a severe dust mite allergy. My daughter loves this new mattress that we purchased from North America Mattress. We did put it on top of a regular mattress and box spring set and she is sleeping so good now. The quality is superb, the material used doesn't hold any urine smells, and it's been awesome for her dust mite allergies.

After receiving the foam for my RV cushions, I saw one was too short. I contacted Shawna , who was eager to make things right for me. We hung up so she could locate a replacement for me and would call me back. In the meantime, I discovered it was my mistake. Shawna called back to say she was shipping out the replacement. I was obligated to admit my mistake and was very happy to hear her say she would still ship out the replacement foam.
They went over and above to get my business and produce an excellent product for a fair price! Impressed.
We had a strange experience with this company. The first time we came in to test out foam everything seemed pretty normal, the salesperson who helped us was knowledgeable but a little awkward. We had to take some more measurements at home before we ordered so we placed a tentative order before we left. Later that day we called back and completed the order. We were told to expect the foam to be ready in a few days. Then a day later we get a call that some machineary was broken so we can either have some foam that isn’t exactly what we want or wait who know how long until the machine is fixed. So we decided to come back and look at the options again. This time we came to the warehouse we were treated very strangely. First they awakwarsly scurried away the salesperson who had helped us last time. Then someone else starts explaining that they’re not going to be able to fulfill our order because they don’t have anything like what we want.... um excuse me? Ya’ll got foam and we want foam and we already ordered the foam we want. It was very strange and we both became concerned that we were being discriminated against for being a gay couple. We were finally able to get the foam we wanted but the whole thing was strange and not at all a pleasant customer service experience. There was so much unnecessary back and forth with the staff over the phone that felt like they were trying to drive away our buissness. So perhaps they’re homophobes or just terrible salespeople. Hard to say.
