Used for nine years - saved thousands easily!
For several family members I have been using this pharmacy Canadian pharmacy for over 9 years. Early on here were occ. hangups, but in the last 2 years things have been very smooth and responsive. I always get a written prescription from the doctor and email/fax it in myself - this has helped. Never any bank account problems - just confirm the name to appear on withdrawals. They usually have to confirm scripts with the doctor which can up a hangup in some offices. Definitely a wonderful resource and am using more often, with all the shortages. Phone always answered.

Atrocious customer service.
I tried placing an order May 20th, but they left it on the back burner. They were supposed to call my doctor, but they didn't. I was finally able to place that order May 25, for TWO medications that need to be taken together. I received an email May 27, telling me that ONLY one medication is shipping. What am I supposed to do without the second one???

This company is based in Philippines. I asked to speak to the Canadian pharmacist, they refused but said i could chat with them. lolAll i wanted was to be assured this is a genuine pharmacy with no counterfeit medical drugs. They failed to provide that assurance. I would not purchase from this outfit. As they say to err on the side of caution.

Price was good, order came pretty quickly, although there was no tracking number. BUT....when I had a question and needed to speak with a pharmacist, I was told that I had to set up a "counseling session" and someone would call me within 2-3 days. I guess I could just sit home and wait for the phone to ring if I want to get my question answered. TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS!

I'm not sure why there are complaints about this pharmacy. I've used another Canada Pharmacy for years and decided to switch since they couldn't match all the pricing of the drugs I need with North Drug Store. Very easy to work with North Drug Store. Complete tracking of my order and it arrived before I expected. They worked with my doctor's office during a snow storm here that shut us all down and it still all turned out. Great communication and extremely polite service along with patience in understanding my situation and willingness to help me. Will be recommending them to others in the future.

NORTHDRUGSTORE.COM BAIT AND SWITCH - Does Not Honor Price Guarantees!
Just so everyone knows, this company does not honor its "price guarantee". DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I found pricing for immunosuppressant drugs like Tacrolimus (Prograf) and Mycophenolate (Cellcept), for about 80% lower than them. While discussing this on an online chat, I sent them TWO different websites showing the pricing. I even sent a screenshot of the pricing!
They insisted they kept showing a higher price and refused to honor the price match! They were making lame excuses that "maybe's its your special pricing" (I was not logged in). And "well maybe that's a promotion for your area". What a joke! Even the pricing was shown on Pharmacy Checker!
This is a shabby attempt to dodge price guarantees they have no intention of honoring, just to draw you in then tell you, "oh we don't that same price".
Stay away - if they jilt you on THAT, what kind of product will you really get?
