Driver picked up at set time and…
Driver picked up at set time and delivery was as told and on time. I had to change pick up time and was accommodated without issue. I have already referred to friends and would use them again.

They were absolutely wonder!
They were absolutely wonder!! Jake Walker kept me updated the entire time and made sure my car got to me all spick and span. I'd definitely use them again if I was to get a car shipped or moved.

No drivers to be found…
I needed a car moved immediately because the owner of the property where my car currently is wants it gone, so I searched for companies that move cars. During my initial conversation with this company , I was informed that they could get the car moved tonight. The process was started at 6pm and I paid the reservation fee. After 3 hours of texting back and forth with no clear response, I am then told that the company can get drivers in an hour but not in the evening. At 3 1/2 hours, they did apologize for lying to me and for our inconvenience and they will see about getting my reservation fee refunded. I was also informed at this time that they do not have their own drivers, but they use driver companies. I believe that customers would be better served if they know this information at the beginning of their process. The company should inform customers initially that they can’t get drivers after 6pm. And that they don’t have their own drivers. This will save a lot of people the headaches that come from false or misleading information.

Trustworthy flexible consistent communication
I had a broker do a bait and switch on me last minute with over a week delay and tried to charge me $600 more even though I already signed a contract. Mike came through last minute with a reasonable price and the driver he coordinated me with is professional, reliable, and respectful. I really liked how they kept consistent communication with me and was very kind and flexible since I made a big move from California to Florida. Trustworthy legit company, highly recommend.
