I ordered July 29, 2025 and have not received my order. Emailed and told it was on the way, due to overwhelming response, it’s taking longer. Emailed twice since, no reply. Emailed again today and it said it was undeliverable.
It’s a scam!!! RUN!! DO NOT ORDER!!
No starts if I could. I placed an order 7/29/25 from NuevoCore and have yet to receive it. I have emailed repeatedly only to get a response that it’s on the way. I have asked for a refund repeatedly with no answer given.

Ordered August 15th 2025, it's now November 22nd, never received product. $69 gone, multiplied by a thousand or ten thousand customers that's a pretty good scam they pulled off.
Today is November 18th, 2025 and I have never received the product I ordered from this company. It's a total scam. Do not order from this company.
I ordered from this company in July 2025. Tried numerous times to email them and they never responded. I have just reported this scam company to BBB. Probably won’t get my money back.

I wish I would have come here before purchasing. This site is a scam. I ordered on July 7th and still have not received the order. A month out they were responsive stating they were backlogged. Now I am being ghosted. I sent screenshots of the order number, email and confirmation.. still nothing Do not be fooled like I was!
I ordered one after seeing numerous ads. I ordered and waited two weeks with only a shipping label being created. I waited a month and sent them an email requesting updates. After no response I requested a refund. I received a reply stating I would receive my refund within 7-10 days. It has now been three months and I have still not received my refund and now their website is shut down.
I ordered July 19. Notified it shipped July 23.Since then I've received several emails stating they're have delays. I've been trying to cancel for over 2 months (it's now Oct. 25). And now they have ghosted me. SCAM...SCAM...SCAMbuyer beware!

The first time I emailed them they replied back with shipping delay problems and to please be patient. Shipping showed coming from China which when ordering, never explained. I replied back to them to cancel and refund. No refund came. I replied again and no reply or refund.
I never received their flavored air nicotine alternative. I've waited for over a month for something that was supposed to be "3-4 day express shipping". When I emailed them to request a refund, they didn't reply. Their website seems to be now defunct.
Do not order from this company. As far as I can tell, they have closed up shop and ran with everyone's money. I wrote to them several times inquiring about my order and they just kept telling me that there were problems with shipping but assured me my order was on its way. This went on from June thru Aug. Now there is no website, no email, nothing. I'm out $97. I would give them negative 10 stars if I could. Reporting to the BBB.
This product and company are a joke, I ordered since July 4th 2025 and all i got was emails about the vape being on its way and so many apologies. Just tired of people and companies taking advantage of us. Still haven't got my vape or any news about it .IT'S A FRICKING SCAM!!! Do not order this product
I placed an order July 23rd and emailed them multiple times as my order just said “waiting on shipment details”. They have told me 4 times they can’t refund me and it’s on the way and it’s been over 2 months now. Do not buy this.
Total Fraud. Money paid, no item.This company is a fraud. They’re engaging in fraudulent activity. I placed an order on 4 September. Since then, no updates, no delivery, and a tracking number showing that the item was never handed over to the shipping company. I sent them 3 email, and no response.
