Every time that I fly out of Columbus…
Every time that I fly out of Columbus and need to park my car, I use OHPark. I have learned, especially now with COVID and a decreased number of flights, to just call when I get back so that they know to come get me. Their customer service has always been excellent whenever I have a need, such as when I forgot to apply a coupon to my stay, or when I didn’t secure the correct number of nights to keep my car there. I will continue to use them for my short and long term parking needs and highly recommend that you give them a try!

Yesterday we sat for over an hour…
Yesterday we sat for over an hour waiting on a bus to take us back to our car. We do not have a cell phone an had to ask someone to call you to come pick us up. We were disappointed that know where does it say to call you when we arrive. We have used you in the past an you were always there to take us back to are car. This was an unacceptable experience and the next time we travel we will be using another transport firm.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Arrived early in morning, not long wait at all. Driver very nice, helped with bags, trip back not long wait at all, Kelly was driver, helped with luggage, even put them in my car and waited till I was safely in my car. First time I used app on my phone, worked well. I will use your service again and recommend to my friends. Thanks!

I had an issue with my flight that in turn modified my dates and length of stay in their lot. They worked with me on a Sunday afternoon to get things resolved. Such great people!

Good deal for parking
Good deal for parking - easy to book online - picked up at lot within 5 minutes - called when we returned back in Columbus and picked up within 10 minutes. Great service and price.

Great service
Did the self park. Driver picked me up right at my car and took me to the airport. When I arrived back home from my trip I was picked up in a very timely fashion and taken right back to my car. Great service.

The on line reservation system was great! The price is very good. The bus transportation to and from the airport was convenient. We will certainly use OhPark when we fly out of Columbus

keep the entry ticket where you can find it.
Do remember to keep the ticket from when entering the first time. I assumed my prepaid barcode would be sufficient to get out but it would not let me get out without first scanning the entry ticket. Had to call help to get out of the parking lot. It was just a minor inconvenience and took about extra 5 minutes. Everything else was good.
