Mr. Scott Randolph - Great and Outstanding FL DMV Orange County Tax Collector - Appreciation of Clarcona DMV + DMV Call Centers
Mr. Scott Randolph -Good Morning - I am not sure this is your long weekend or Holiday time... Belated Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and Happy New Year 2024 on the way.As you would have noticed, I was in a few City of Orlando and Orange county boards way back....not today - today I work for the Navy... I will quickly say hello from there too.I was trying to reach you from December 14th 2023.....but finally got your email address- it took me long and i also left a voice message to Lisa i believe and one of the DMV call center person Ms. Jackie also said she is contacting her- but i have not heard from December 14th to till now...No worries...Goal or Objective is to inform : Related toDMV Clarcona Cove Folks: who made a real difference on December 14th 2023 - they worked beyond 17:00 lPm from 16:30 too many formalities to change from SC DMV to Florida DMV:It took longer due to the situation, paperwork and I was thinking of having a custom plate etc...but I did get Special US Navy -as I work for them...i will be sending an email from there too.... For doing such a great work, they should not go unnoticed:..This is not in order or sequence- all of them excelled in their work, commitment to the Customers:Pam Wright : -highly helpful, has a great sense of humor , works so late, painstaking efforts, manages multiple things at the same...helps reception counter if required... Walks up and asks if any one needs help - Outstanding attitude..and a great asset.Other person is Ms. Sundee, total native of Central Florida- good person and highly helpful.Ms. Vanessa who did all the work , she has to inspect the car, check the papers and what not - follow through each of them thoroughly to ensure all the required materials and time of purchasing the vehicle etc... Super good work -it was a lot of effort -it is beyond her time..she went out of the way to do it. Great Work ethics, have a great sense of humor and nice gestures ..even though she may look or answer tough outside...but good at heart inside and outside.Now related to the Call centers:Will be sending only the good notes and I prefer not to talk about anything negative ....Great and Outstanding Supervisor Ms. Mary Vega- She is pretty prompt, quick, honest, great work ethics - rare to find such people in today's world.Outstanding as always when i call, if i get Ms. Deanna - wonderful employee of Ms. Mary Vega- she is truly a Great Asset to the call center- she picks up, understands, quickly gathers input about you, instead of you telling multiple times or arguing or telling you should tell first name or last name or so - her culture, her attitude , her positiveness, her willingness is highly appreciated.Other great person is Ms. Jackie - who had left a voice message or email message for Lisa when I asked how to reach - Very nice, genuine, quick, honest person - we can trust and rely on her.You can also check out in Orange county Library system - they had published my article tooorlandomemory.info people memories-of-orlandoThanks againSriFull name Sridhar RangaswamyThanks & Best Regards,Respectfully Submitted,Sridhar Rangaswamy ("Sri")US Trademarks: #5030763 & 4837686"Promise Less/Under Promise and Deliver More""Excellence is not an act, it is a Habit""Honesty is the Best Policy"Be Truthful,Honest and Fair"
