Serious concerns about safety, communication, and professionalism
The platform does not feel safe, and there are serious concerns about how identity and personal information are handled. Staff communication is rude and extremely poor messages go unanswered even after multiple follow‑ups, they never pay on time, and there is little transparency or accountability. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism makes the service difficult to trust and even harder to rely on for consistent expert engagements.
